I recently purchased speakers and an amp from Richer Sounds. The service has been excellent, the product knowledge and customer service has been top notch. Special thanks to Tom at head office and also to the Middlesbrough branch.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with RicherSounds staff. They don’t give you any sales BS, and offer good advice on what’s system is more appropriate.
I had a demo of 2 different Marantz systems with 2 different speakers. The cheaper system served my needs. Job done!

Quick and safe delivery

Bought a soundbar with a subwoofer online, which ended up being surplus to requirements.
Returned it to store (unopened) and was issued a full refund, very quickly.
Had loads of stuff over the years from RS - as good as they always are :-)

I originally went to curry's to get 2 TVs for the grandkids. Yhe service was terrible and negative so I left the shop. I called into Richer Sounds and the service was fantastic. I did spend more than I would have in Curry's but I did get better products without pressure sales. I was given options and good advice. Definitely recommended. Rather than the poor service from Curry's

I ordered some headphones online to pick up at my local store in Middlesbrough and a guy called Dave emailed me to tell me the box they came in had been slightly damaged but headphones ok, and offered me some discount on them, so went for it and am over the moon with the deal.
Would always be happy to use this company, very competitive as well.

From the moment we walked in the manager acknowledged us & let us know if we needed anything to just ask . We bought an audio technica direct drive Bluetooth record player & a pair of Bluetooth speakers . The gentleman that served us was helpful and carried our record player to the car outside for us . The speakers were delivered directly to our home a few days later . I will definitely shop here again as I build up my system. Thank you Richer Sounds Middlesbrough

The sales guy set up the hifi i wanted to buy ready for when I arrived, and allowed me to actually hear the difference that different speakers made to the quality of the sound by swapping between them for me. In a world of online shopping, being able to try items out before buying and ask questions is invaluable to me as a customer. Very happy 😁
