Excellent customer service and brilliant product. I’ve bought lots of stuff from Richer sounds and they have the best customer service ever. On this occasion I bought some speaker cables over the phone, and explained that I’d had some hand surgery and asked if they could cut the cable and strip the ends as I haven’t the strength yet which they happily did. Over the years we have been customers of Richer Sounds and on this occasion were served by Colin who listened carefully to our requirements which were for a quite small TV to fit in a specific space. Although there was a TV that was almost exactly the size of the space in store we really needed one slightly smaller which he searched for and found. He told us it would be delivered in about 5 days and it was, we like it very much. Colin was very pleasant and took the time we needed to be sure we got what we wanted. We very much appreciate this excellent service.

Richer Sounds use an excellent business model, which has allowed them to succeed and prosper while other suppliers have withered. Do a little research about Julian Richer and maybe you will see why this has happened. In my experience, branch staff have always gone the extra mile to be helpful. They are knowledgeable of the products they sell and are there to support their customers. They might not have the fanciest of showrooms, but this simply helps them keep costs down. It is a business i will continue to use for future purchases.

Went into shop to see about buying a soundbar a couple of times. Disappointed to see that one Iwas interested in was £1099 pounds for non members & £499 for members, the same soundbar was for sale in John Lewis for £499 and also at Amazon, where does this £1099 come from.
When asking for advice I felt as though i did not know I could get any advice about products sound quality. I need to call into shop because 1 or2 little things that are bugging me. Which i will do after my holidays

Purchased this TV 3 times recently (me, my son, my parents.
Easy ordering and collection.
Good communication and friendly staff.
To be honest, could have got the tv cheaper on Amazon but customer service, reputation and 6 year guarantee means more than saving a few quid.

Where to start? Great selection of items here and the staff are true experts in their field and a good laugh too! I was told that delivery would probably be in 5 days and my CD player, Amp and speakers arrived the next day. Great experience and I already can’t wait to go back when I have saved a few quid for some headphones and a turntable.
