The salesman was very informative and didn't try to push products on to us which is alot better. He listened to what i was after and pointed me in the right direction no hard sell which I hate so I was more then happy to buy

It was a pleasure to speak with Ben who was very polite and extremely helpful. He sorted out my tv and surround sound system in quick time and spoke in layman's terms, with being a novice to this field.

Fantastic service, great staff & store
All the staff who i spoke to were very helpful and friendly. No pushy sales talk or up-selling which is always a plus. Listening room was excellent and ended up with a very nice set of HD 600's. Very happy with them and I will be back as i am wanting to upgrade my front speakers on my main system.

Really great service from Ben at the Nottingham branch after I changed my mind multiple times. 100% will be using Richer Sounds for any purchase in the future. Amazing service, and by far the best price I've seen for TV's.

Buying a turntable
I went with two of my older children to buy their first turntable. We had a friendly welcome & good advice. We had a quote & we went away & chewed it over. After a drink at a cafe we went back & bought our preferred turntable & speakers with a built in amp. A very good experience. Thankyou.

I loved the personal service
I loved the personal service. Dave was excellent. The headphones I wanted to try out were looked out and ready. I had the use of a private cinema room and Dave talked me through the 2 products I was interested in.
I was really impressed by Dave’s knowledge about the headphones and if I was unable to set them up, I could have returned to the shop for further assistance. I also know I paid a very competitive price as I had done a bit of preparatory research.

Brian was very helpful with our TV purchase, and while we were able to take the TV on the day, the free soundbar was out of stock so he arranged for free delivery a week later
