I will definitely use richer sounds again my Samsung oled tv were expensive but I got it cheaper than all the rest of the other retailer's & come we 6 years guarantee what bonus I ordered it on a Monday got it delivered on Saturday so well happy plus the oled tv is brilliant it’s got an anti glare on the screen & I’ve got big bay window & the sun is always on front of my house & now I got see my blinds in my television screen

Issue with delivery as van broke down but sorted delivery of tv for the following morning.Great service.

Pleasant knowledgeable sales people. Product arrived when I was told it would. Only difficulty I had was fixing the feet on the television which was very fiddly.

Item was ready for collection 2 days after ordering with good communication throughout.

Ordered Sonos Beam and fetched from the shop, after installing realised I needed the mini sub to go with it. Spoke to Ollie, he got me the mini sub delivered to my home the morning after and gave me the bundle price. Fantastic service, and very pleased with the Sonos product too.

Helpful advice in store and were given detailed information about the TV including pros and cons of other TVs. Found the price that we were given was the cheapest around. Much to our surprise delivery was scheduled for the following day and arrived by 9:30am!
