Bought a high end DVD player from Oli, who was very helpful about exchanging one unit for another and also showing me various TVs and stands. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or influence my choice. Good customer service is very rare today and this was exceptional.

I had an outstanding experience with Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage when purchasing a turntable and WiiM streamer. Oli was knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to deal with throughout the process. He provided clear advice and helpful technical support at every stage, and his sense of humour made the experience even more enjoyable! I took your salesman's advice without conducting a listening test and purchased the recommended Amplifier (Denon AVR X2800H). The self-calibrating system to balance the speakers - plain didn't work although I eventually managed to balance the system manually. When Richer Sounds heard of my dissatisfaction they were VERY SUPPORTVE, even sending the shop manager to my home to advise. They offered me free exchange or a full refund but it wasn't necessary because the system was by then satisfactory. Thank you RICHER SOUNDS
