Great communication in regards to delivery.
Delivered with care, delivery team provided up to date communication as to their arrival, already assembled.

We were happy to be able to see the item in the Hawthorn store, order on line and wait 4 - 6 weeks for the items to be available. However coming closer to the expected delivery date we could not find anyone who could let us know the date of delivery. Additionally, the date on line for delivery with the order changed regularly with no explanation, sometimes more than once on the same day. In frustration we contacted a local person who endeavoured to do their best to assist us with a delivery and they seemed to be no wiser than us. Out of the blue after numerous telephone calls we got a messafe from a delivery company checking that a delivery date was suitable. This was confirmed on the same day, and we did finally take delivery in September. Our unit was on a truck with other units and ours had a packing slip with a different name and address. I was assured this would not be a problem because all units on the truck were the same.
I made contact with the local person to thank them for their help and advise that the unit was delivered on Sept 2nd - (12 weeks from order date) They seemed surprised that the delivery had taken place and thanked me for the feedback. It seems to me there is a disconnect between the call centre in The Phillipines, the store in Melbourne, the delivery company and the information on ETA on line. As a consumer this is very unsettling and confusing not alleviated by any telephone conversations, particulaly when we had paid for the unit in full on June 10th.
I am pleased to say the unit is in place in our home and does enhance the room, but the experience between July (when we expected delivery) and September could have been a lot better.

Very good quality product that’s sturdy, well made and is better than my expectation. the delivery men were also very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond with their services. Couldn’t be happier and pleased!

The loop dining table is absolutely lovely and works so well with our space. It is solid wood and the legs on the angle are great for extra seats around the table.

Being oval really makes the space look bigger too!

Refused to refund a replacement item that turned up with the same major fault (drawers won't open) as the first one.
They use a review company (Okendo) that only publishes fake positive reviews and deletes negative ones.

Update 10-Oct: I have emailed with RJ Living about my experience, explaining why I feel the above is an honest opion and worthy feedback for others to be aware of. We both hope to resolve the outstanding issues asap, despite my non agreement with the proposed resolution at this time.

The ordering process was quick and easy. RJ Living advised when the article was available for pickup and invited me to book a suitable time to collect. The pickup process was smooth and easy. In terms of the product it’s very nice and of great quality

High quality materials, wood finish true to colour and good construction. Not even any need to construct ourselves which was a plus! Would order again from RJ living

Courteous and very helpful at the show room. Accomodating to a delayed delivery. Delivery team were super friendly and communicated timeframes very well. The beds and bed side tables purchased were all beautiful, sturdy and super simple to assemble.

Amazing quality, beautiful design and colour! We are obsessed with our new Doze King Bed in Copenhagen Forest. We love RJ Living's designs, and have been eyeing off beds for a long time. During EOFY sales, we bit the bullet and decided this forest green bed was the perfect option to match our dark wood, mid century furniture pieces. Perfect centrepiece for our bedroom :)

Bought the table from the photo on line and we can’t be happier with the product! I absolutely love it and also the delivery was quick and the removals took the packaging away and set the table up. I highly recommend this company.
