She took the time to understand what I was looking for—style, comfort, and budget—and guided me through the options. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated the patience and attention to detail.
The sofa I ended up with is exactly what I wanted, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We are very happy with the service so far!

Welcoming showroom
The atmosphere in the showroom was very welcoming, without feeling intrusive. Fathy was helpful, polite and friendly.
The showroom is beautifully laid out and showcases the furniture well.
