Bought a hybrid club from them. Received late due to shipping errors. Club was in horrible shape. They claimed it was value. I claim that it was used to pay off a gravel driveway for the last three years. I was just outside the month they give you to return it because of shipping. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. They don’t post pictures of what you’re buying.

Item arrived in good shape and in quick fashion

Ordered Logo overrun Srixion Softfeel balls. Received a mixture of Srixion models, not suitable for my swing speed. Processed confusing refund process with chatbot. Did not receive refund on shipping. RBG incorrectly fills the order, and the customer has to eat the shipping costs. Rewards bad order fulfillment process and punishes long time customer.

The golf bag was as described and we received it on time

Package came on time. Got what I ordered. Nothing was harmed in package. Good business.

It's not their product,.it's their shipping practices. Using USPS is a nightmare. I never received my item as it got lost in the mail. 2nd time in 3 months USPS has lost my item in the mail. Buyer beware, you may or may not ever get your item.

Great clubs at a great price and quick delivery

Delivery was quick and golf shoes were actually better than expected! They looked better, extremely comfortable and were aligned with veterans, tees for troops I believe, which was very cool and I did not know.

If I could give more I would

ASICS golf shoes at size 12 UK are hard to come by atm. Good price shipping and handling pushes it up but that's my choice. Item as ordered delivered in a week.

Found what I was looking for at a great price

Fast service. Accurate pictures of the club I ordered, and a fair price. But the cover for the club was not correct (I ordered a 4 hybrid, and the cover was for a 2 hybrid). I love the club, however, and was otherwise pleased.
