The box was empty. UPS was great informed me the shipped weight did not match the label. Once contacted rock bottom experience continued. The blame was placed on the shipper and contacted ceased.

Purchase a putter for Fathers Day. Opened package on Fathers Day. Package was a wedge. Had no putter Fathers Day. Told Rock Bottom Support. Jamie in support says, sure return our wedge and we’ll give you a refund once received. By the way, we don’t have that putter anymore. Not only that he was very passive aggressive and non-solution oriented. So you screw me over and now I need to return your club and you might give me my money back once you receive the wedge that you incorrectly sent? Never buying here again.

Easy shopping. Convenient and affordable but wasn’t happy with the product unfortunately. Would use rock bottom again, but most likely never purchase FJ golf shoes again.

On line description of the product is exactly what I received. Ordering was simple and projected delivery date was accurate. Pricing was very good.

Ordered product that never arrived.

The shipment said delivered but I asked all my neighbors and no one received my package. After emailing customer service, they blatant disregarded my issue and just summed it up as it was somehow my fault. Terrible experience and a scam.

I was looking for a Sun Mountain bag that was reasonably priced.

Hat was what i wanted and was on sale. Arrived before expected delivery date.

Still working through the use, a little difference than previous ones. Gives to many options for the course I am playing and often I get the 9 hole option. Not sure I can see the difference in the options when I choose.

Shit company, never delivers on times. If you’re looking for good deals but willing to wait 2 plus weeks for deliveries, by all means. No customer service hotline only emails to raise concerns and expect late replies.

Rock Bottom has always been my favorite place to shop everything golf. They always have great deals and in today’s market that’s extremely important.
