I ordered a set of clubs to begin playing golf. They had seemingly a good deal for a set of clubs and read some positive reviews so I gave them a shot. What I was sent was a set of junior clubs instead of a normal, adult set. I swung one club once while sending a picture of me doing it to my golfer friends to confirm it was a junior set, which they did. Contacted rock bottom golf about this immediately and they wouldn't do anything about it. I went back and reviewed the website and no where did it say anything about being a junior or smaller set of clubs. Everything on the site indicated that they were regular golf clubs. When I presented this to them they still wouldn't do anything. Will not be using these guys again. I'd stay away as you can't be sure what type of clubs you're going to get. Learn from my mistake.

These guys are real scummy. Inconsistent pricing and refuse to refund when you purchase a product, then it drops in price 3 days later. I do not recommend anyone shop from here. Learn from other’s mistakes! Awful fees, too. They tack on a “shipping insurance fee” that is a bit convoluted to find.

Received part of my order, no response or heads up from Customer service which is a joke in its self.
Had to send email to customer service because the phone is no longer operable. If you are going to sell it you need to have it in stock. Never would known unless I contacted this company to let them know.

Horrible product bad boy chiller golf bag. They do not back up their product, say if you open the box, you can’t send it back. Customer service is horrible, but keep in mind. It’s garage run scam company, one person, out of the garage, absolutely no customer service skills, nor do they care to provide customer service. Forget about returns, it won’t happen. Purely fraud run. Avoid it all lengths. I reported to BBB, my credit card company, Amazon, and the TMGA. Get the word out, definitely need to avoid this owner.

Do not buy from this website, you have options, use someone else.

Site was easy to use and price was reasonable. Also delivery was as promised.

I ordered a dozen Srixon golf balls from Rock Bottom golf for Father’s Day. Pay $5 and get them before Fathers Day. I received less than a dozen. I was immediately informed the company would not send loose golf balls and would not credit me for the dozen or send me a full dozen. The problem is I now need to go and purchase Srixon golf balls before Father’s Day. Mistakes happen. C’mon Rock Bottom, own the problem and move on. I believe In this instance your customer service needs some adjustment.
