Had great support from staff while staying at their managed property. The team was efficient in dealing with any problems that arose during the stay. They were considerate and helpful in returning the overpaid rent.

Honestly hated my experience as rockford as my agency. Lived in the Bond flat in dundee and the place had a patio in the back but rockford said it was a comunal space so I didn't want to be the one cleaning it all the time as it was fully covered in bird poo. They only cleaned it when they were doing viewings for new tenants. Georgia bedding was honestly the worst when corresponding with her by emails as she was blunt and uncaring. What really ended up being the cherry on top was they still took over £200 off my deposit saying they had to clean it. Even though me and others deep cleaned it before I left..honestly the worst agency in dundee, brutal experience.

Customer service terrible. The director was so rude on the phone and threatened to hang up on me! My son was charged £90 for cleaning fees which was deducted from his deposit! He spent 2 hours cleaning before he vacated and the flat was much cleaner than when he moved in. The ‘reasonable’ cleaning charges were applied because he had left crisp packets and coke bottle on top of a cupboard! The bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room had been thoroughly cleaned by my son with the oversight of the crisp packets and coke bottle. In addition they say they are 24 hr service but when my son needed their help nobody answered the phone. The only person who was very helpful there was Cameron whom I can’t fault. But that aside I would not recommend this company at all.

I was a tenant with Rockford from June of 2023 till August of 2026. The entire time I was with Rockford, they answered every enquiry, and always responded in a reasonable and timely manner, often within 3-5 hours. Cameron Runciman in particular was always a pleasure to interact with. 10/10 all around

Shit!!!! Was with them 3 years - we had a LIVE cable burn out in our flat and they did NOTHING! We needed the windows fixed, the shower fixed and they did NOTHING. Bloodsuckers. If it doesn’t involve you giving them money, they won’t do anything.

Absolutely terrible agents the entire time I was with them in my 2nd year flat. They hide tons of scummy fees behind different things and make it as difficult as possible for you to move out in order to squeeze extra rent from you. Avoid at all costs.

I was in this flat that initially didn’t know how to operate any of the things. I contacted Rockford and they ask me to use Google to navigate my way out. We had a noisy microwave and only Hod knows when they are going to replace it after sending them mails and mails. Everything about Rockford is terrible. After I’ve moved out over 1 month, they took £30 of my deposits for cleaning. This agency is terrible and I will not recommend any one from renting from them.

Worst property agents ever!!! In Dundee, you pay for reference when moving out.

Very disappointing experience with Rockford Properties. Communication was poor, maintenance issues were not handled properly, and the overall service was frustrating. Be careful before renting — your deposit will not be returned easily, even when the property is left in good condition. I would not recommend renting with them.

Rockford have been pretty great. Now, being a student, I've heard many a horror story with regards to landlords so it may well be that my bar is on the floor. That being said, we live in a relatively cheap flat in Edinburgh, away from their base in Dundee, and they have been nothing short of responsive. We've had a microwave filament go, the fridge seal break, a toilet seat unhinge and more. All these issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently without complaint. Thanks to Cameron and Georgia, for all your help!

I had a great experience with Rockford Property. This was my first home in the UK, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The service was excellent, and I always felt supported throughout my time there.

I would especially like to thank Cameron Runciman, who was an outstanding letting agent. He was extremely helpful, professional, and kind, and always assisted me with anything I needed. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, which meant a lot to me as a first-time renter in the UK.

The property itself was lovely and really felt like home. I truly appreciate all the help and support I received from Rockford Property and would highly recommend Cameron and the team to anyone looking for a place to live.

Rockford property Dundee - Very rude and unprofessional management. Very filthy shower head and the oven was covered in mold when I moved in . The carpet was very thin and fragile . Every kitchen applicants is rusty . Broken fridge and wardrobe . Boiler not working . Water leaked to the below apartment . Asked me not to take a shower .

I was renting for 8 months reported several faults including the fan on the boiler braking 3 days before Xmas contracted them to be told to do with out or buy an electric heater I still have hot water as shower was electric my piss came out quicker. Moved out 2 weeks ago no word on getting my deposit back they seem happy to take your money but wont give it back I am nkw having to seek legal advice on how to resolve this. The property senior manager is a joke she just fobs you off or just ignores your emails. I'm flabbergasted how this business is still run they lie to get you to sign then do nothing

Hi i have a water leak coming into my flat and cant get any response to phone / email and no emergancy number to get hold of them looks like no one works weekends. Door might have to go in not my fault.

I have lived in a property managed by them for 6 years, and it has been a nightmare to get them to do anything other than the yearly inspections. Anyway I filed to move from the property in February and also filed to request my deposit back. Then on the very last day after they failed to respond to the Safe Deposit Scotland slammed me with a £475 cleaning Fee. Not once did they contact me so that I could have arranged to remove the final bits. This is so low and disgusting. So now I am not getting my full deposit back.. The property was spotless albeit a chair left in the living room. Which I could not take as I was goaded to hand the keys back before the final date just so they could get veiwings started, Awful Company AVOID Like the Plague. Furthermore left me with raw sewage dripping through the kitchen roof for 3 days, the property was insecure for 3 weeks where I could not lock the back door and the front door the window was falling out and was promised a new door. 3 Months later and still the same door. Very Poor show, the property manager was very hard to reach and nothing ever got done. Also left a leaking radiator in the living room for 3 weeks while my carpet every day pooled with water... when we moved in to the property we had to clean rubbish from the garden and dispose of all the furniture from the previous tenants. The washing machine and tumble drier was broken so these were replaced at our expense. We also spent in excess of £3500 decorating and making it our home for the time at the property. None of that has ever been considered or any offer to help with the redecoration during our time there..

Unprofessional, dismissive of complaints and using down-right predatory practices.
Only good aspect of the company was how friendly the contractor they employ was when dealing with the *many* problems with our property, which the office itself mostly ignored.
Unstable wooden flooring underneath strategically placed carpeting/linoleum, is not a repair you should be ignoring if you're a serious landlord/real estate agency!
Avoid this company if you can.

They contacted me via WhatsApp and asked me to send them money but it would not guarantee that I secure renting the property. They also did not show up during viewing and said digital viewing (via youtube video is fine). Scammers, be careful!

The worst property management agents I have experienced. The property was rented out with appliances broke including shower, dishwasher, tumble drier. Water leaking from the roof caused damp a in house - Rockford staff did nothing to fix this and replied to our concerns with dismissive and condescending responses. This problem escalated to the point of mould growing on the walls in two bedrooms and the roof falling in from water damage in the front room. Avoid this company.

By far the worst landlords I have encountered in Dundee after many years of being a tenant in the city. Motivated purely by greed and money. Incompetent and rude, you will be treated as though they are doing you a favour by sending them hundreds of pounds every month. Avoid at all costs.

Shockingly grubby , poorly furnished property offered...all fittings on their last legs...threshold plates not even attached to the grimy floor...windows filthy and open , to let the odour out.. furniture not even a charity shop would accept and unwilling to meet on the day of the tenancy start to accept the return of the keys... needless to say , my son never spent a night in this shocker of a flat...6 a Baldovan terrace....avoid and avoid Rockford properties.... Scottish government alerted as to the apparent impunity with which ' agents ' such as the above , act.
