I was an Interior designer for nearly 30 years & used to fit Curtains & Blinds myself. I purchased a blackout roller blind with a 'Designer Style' Pelmet -I have got to say this was the easiest fitting experience I have ever had - You simply screw the brackets to the wall - Clip the pelmet box on to the brackets & the Roller blind just clips inside it - So simple. Brilliant !!!!

Blinds looks and perform very good. Looks more premium then cut to size blinds from marketplace or supermarkets.
Happy so far, time will testing it.

Mechanism is poor, grotchy and feels cheap. Blind material is good.

Easy to follow instructions for measuring the blinds but took out the very good value insurance anyway just to be on the safe side! The blind fitted beautifully and looks fantastic, it's really made a difference to the bathroom.

The quality of my blinds is excellent - well made, lovely fabric, sturdy metal brackets, strong chain, so easy and quick to fit. Lovely product. Thankyou.

They were delivered on time and were easy to install, they were for my daughters room and she says they are great.

From ordering to receiving perfectly fitted blinds was seamless and trouble free! In fact, I received my order earlier than expected! When I needed Customer Service initially on measuring, the help was forthcoming and clear. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Delivery took a lot longer than promised, but the product looked good when it finally arrived. However, once hung, both sides of the blind curled inwards when lowered. I can't see any reason for this but I expected the blind to be flat like other blinds we have had. I reported thus to Roller Blinds Direct with photos but over two weeks later and a second email, I sill have not had the courtesy of a reply

the product is great, pre sales support excellent. The only thing that was disappointing was obtaining the proper instructions for the fitting. However, having done it once, I have no doubt, I will buy from them again.

We have just installed the 2nd blind ordered from Roller Blinds Direct and we are delighted.
The range of options, colours, styles, etc., is great and we got exactly what we wanted in both cases.
The blinds were cut exactly to out specifications and are easy to install.
The quality is fantastic so I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds of any sort.
The only slight downside is the time it takes from initial order to delivery. Having said that, as we were in no particular hurry, it didn't matter in our case.

Very mixed experience unfortunately. Spent close to £500 on several blinds. There was a long delay in delivery. When I received them, there were a few minor issues but it's the way the company dealt with them that has been a problem. First I mentioned to them that one of the blind tubes had been roughly cut (jagged pieces of metal sticking out) and they didn't respond on this point at all. Second, the had sent the wrong mechanism for two blinds. They eventually resent replacements but when I eventually opened the packet at the point i was ready to deal with them, they too turned out to be the wrong ones! I have emailed back and not received a response yet after 2 days. I had also requested a refund of the original delivery charge given the long delivery delay, which the agreed to and said had been processed...but it never actually materialised. Just so annoyed that what should have been a simple job has dragged on for so long, with some blinds still not able to go up. Oh, and one of the mechanisms is very stiff and noisy! Would absolutely not order from here again.

Very happy with the double blind which was a perfect fit and ideal for the window. Delivery was prompt and in line with their promised delivery date. Will be using them again.

The quality of the blind and fittings is good but the screws are of poorer quality. In one the head came off and in another I wore the slot so that I couldn't screw it in further but could unscrew it. The pilot hole, into wood, needs to be just right.

Great quality blind. Fits perfectly. Very pleased with it.
