The poles themselves are great. The instructions for bay windows non existent, which is a shame because they clearly advertise them as bay window curtain poles but the instructions were for regular windows

One Pole - 2 Holes
I have replaced all of the Naff poles with middle joins. I have bought three now from this company as the quality, service and wrapping on the pole has always been good. I also like the pole is one length for the pole I needed 2.1 metres.

I have no complaints at all about this company.
This is the first time I have used Poles Direct and have no complaints at all about them. Their website was informative and easy to use. I placed an order and it was quickly delivered. I'm happy with the price I paid and the quality of the poles. I would certainly buy from this company again.

Wow, what a lovely surprise to have such an efficient, professional friendly after care service! Ordering my curtain track was easy but then I realised I used the wrong measurements 😱. Johnathan P sorted everything out (corrected my mistake) with no problem or fuss, honestly a dream experience when all to often we get fobbed off, or left to navigate a complicated process.
