I really enjoy the games here

I really enjoy the games here, and customer service is always helpful and friendly. Withdrawals are fast, and there are always new games to try. Deposits are easy and flexible too.

Sehr enttäuschende und intransparente Auszahlungspolitik

Ich habe per E-Mail ein Angebot erhalten, eine Bonus-Box zu öffnen. Daraus erhielt ich 7 Freispiele. Aus diesen Freispielen habe ich zunächst 1,36 € gewonnen. Diesen Betrag habe ich vollständig gemäß den Bedingungen umgesetzt und dabei mein Guthaben auf etwa 10–12 € erhöht.

Dieser Betrag wurde anschließend meinem Echtgeldkonto gutgeschrieben. Laut den Bonusbedingungen liegt das maximale Gewinnlimit bei 50 €, welches ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht überschritten hatte. Für mich ist entscheidend: Sobald das Guthaben in Echtgeld umgewandelt wurde, sollte es nicht mehr unter Bonusbedingungen fallen.

Ich habe anschließend ganz normal weitergespielt und mein Guthaben auf etwa 400 € erhöht. Diesen Betrag habe ich sofort zur Auszahlung angefordert.

Nach etwa einem halben Tag erhielt ich jedoch eine E-Mail, in der mir vorgeworfen wurde, den maximalen Gewinn überschritten zu haben. Meine Auszahlung wurde daraufhin storniert, und mir wurden lediglich 50 € ausgezahlt. Die restlichen 350 € wurden einfach entfernt.

Dieses Vorgehen ist für mich weder transparent noch nachvollziehbar. Besonders kritisch sehe ich, dass bereits in Echtgeld umgewandelte Gewinne im Nachhinein wieder unter Bonusbedingungen gestellt werden.

Für mich ist das ein klares Warnsignal – ich rate jedem dringend, die Finger von dieser Seite zu lassen.

weak winning chances .Had a 200 percent bonus on 20 euros so 60 Euros .went in to Gates of Olympus ,the normal one and only cause on roller Page it was not only in the top games ,it was a hot slot as hot described.but in my case hebriüüednmyn60 euros without hitting one time in FS with over 600 spins and everytime if he throws multis not Hited of course from my side. I Was so frustrated . Also if i only wanted to have a little bit more fun but this tears you down.never rollero again

What went wrong

What went wrong, my bank blocked my card while i was trying to deposit. Then i wrote this to the team of assistance, but them Just respond that Is not their responsability, and to contact the management of transations. Well, i Will never deposit any Money again on this casinò. Sorry it's a risk, my card was blocked by my bank because they found out attempted fraud. And the responsability Is not of the casinò.

The verification process was easier than expected because Lucas from customer support assisted me throughout. He carefully checked that my documents met the requirements and kept me informed.
