They refuse to close my account as I requested and they offered me free spins instead to keep my account open so I can “enjoy” more promotions etc. I played the free spins and now I want to close my account. I contacted support chat and they said to email their support email team which I did and few days later no response so I go back and let chat support know that no one has responded back to my request to close my account and they just keep saying they have no control to close my account….all of this back and forth shit🤦‍♀️There is not even an option on the site for self exclusion like every other site has. If I could give zero stars I would, absolute scum of a company, only a few days in and won a small bet of 70 euro and immediately they disabled my account with no expectations, 3 days after I complained they tell me to upload my documents and they will refund me my original deposit, please do not play with this company, how there still able to operate is beyond me... One year on, the good and the bad.

Just over a year now since I first tried and reviewed Rollxo. Although I’m about to complain heavily about how they operate, I have managed to withdraw a few hundred dollars through the games and such, so they are legit just incredibly, disgustingly greedy. When I fist jumped in I noticed the bad reviews, I asked out fear/ curiosity is my money safe here. I was told all bad reviews are rival casinos review bombing us. They did some honest review bombing if that’s the case because everything stated then we’re all the exact issues I’d experience.

Noticeably quickly after my first review calling them for how difficult and strangely suspicious get verified to withdraw your winnings was (no need for verification to deposit though weirdly enough). As soon as they had replied to said review I noticed I verified and the “bank transfer” method that they kept insisting was my bank (it wasn’t) started working. I’ve since had a couple of issues withdrawing, one being using bonus bets to bet over a certain amount. It’s very poorly mentioned in the T&Cs I would have read lightly around a year prior but the punishment for said “crime” not the winning you have with said bonus bets, no. The actual money you deposited and tried to withdraw. Confiscated and despite hours of pleading a pretty fair case for a innocent mistake I was either met with “should reviewed the T&Cs” as if befoe each gambling session I’d read over it like a bible verse. I tried reaching out higher but was ignored.

Which leads me to the next complaint, customer support might as well be (to be honest it may actually be) just an AI chat bot. They are powerless to assist with anything and point you in the direction of the support email that I’m convinced no one looks at or as mentioned before the T&Cs. Thats if you manage to connect with one or they don’t disconnect because they don’t have a point and know there wrong.

The games have very blink and you’ll miss it moments where you sit there and think “wait, that tile definitely changed last minute so it would hit” again I took down evidence and reviewed it, passed said observation to the provided support chat and got told “no you wrong game work fine” game no work fine… they crash constantly causing a page refresh which not all the time but sometimes will completely reset the random feature you just spent an hour being teased by (I have one that after 2.5 hours was on its final faze before going off, I enquired with support and was told I’m just super unlucky)

RNG, random number Generator. It’s what most the games run off for there probability and other mathematical related words. Theres been times where I’d say it’s fair, that looks like luck. Theres times were the whole thing doesn’t look random at all and is just a pre programmed script and then there’s its current state, which I would say has been programmed so heinously that you might as well just hand the house what you deposited. Again I approached support and enquired of any changes, only change was I must have became even more unlucky. After the amount of money i deposited and lost trying to get these statistics, I started to believe them.

There VIP system is pretty much just in place to make you feel like a groovy high roller, all you get given in the earlier ranks is a telegram ai bot that might be just a bit better the human support bots. I’m only up to bronze so I can’t really say much but in terms of how you are treated as a customer, nothing changed.

In terms of the current state of online gambling, Rollxo is definitely an online casino. Thats probably the only positive. I think I’ve experienced 2 good bonus offers or special event in my time thus far but usually I ignore them as they’re more trouble then rewarding. I’d notice how bad my mood had became as I rinsed more money then I had through them ( back when the RNG programming was as noticeably one sided) and I’m hoping this review of my experience is enough to maybe have people think twice before going down the rabbit hole as they’re will encourage you to deposit more money if you have an issue (probably one of the most insulting replies I had from the support human/bot) they will not assist you in any way trying set a deposit limit. All the ways you can get your withdraw
Taken from you they won’t patch out so It’s avoidable, when asked why they couldn’t tell me. Trying to get your account deleted is pretty difficult if you even manage to get ahold of that part of the company. The flaws unfortunately outweigh the fun and I wouldn’t be surprised if most stopped reading 3 paragraphs ago. If you have self control and just want a light punt here and there, sure try your luck but that’s how I started and you can probably tell it hasn’t ended well. (Please don’t delete this review, I’m real and it took me forever to write and take down notes)
