Betreff: Verweigerung der Auszahlung von 40.000 € und missbräuchlicher Verifizierungsprozess (KYC/SOW) durch ROLLXO
ICH WARNE AUSDRÜCKLICH VOR DIESEM SCAM CASINO!!!

Es geht um einen einbehaltenen Gewinnbetrag von 40.000 €. Während ein Teilbetrag von 30.000 € bereits ausgezahlt wurde, wird der Restbetrag nun unter dem Vorwand einer endlosen und willkürlichen Verifizierung blockiert.

Sachverhalt:
Seit Wochen versuche ich, die restlichen 40.000 € zur Auszahlung zu bringen. Ich habe dem Casino bereits über 50 Dokumente zukommen lassen, darunter:
• Standard-KYC (Ausweis, Selfies mit Ausweis, Adressnachweis).
• Vollständige Bankbelege und Kontoauszüge.
• Einen Nachweis über die Herkunft der Mittel (Source of Wealth).
• Bestätigungen meines Steuerberaters über meine geschäftlichen Verhältnisse.

Problem:
Das Casino verschiebt die Torpfosten ständig nach hinten. Sobald eine Anforderung erfüllt ist, wird eine neue, oft sachfremde Anforderung gestellt. Zuletzt wurden betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen (BWA) meiner Firma verlangt, die in keinerlei Zusammenhang mit meiner privaten Spieltätigkeit stehen. Trotz Einreichung sensibelster Daten und offizieller Dokumente werden diese entweder ignoriert oder als unzureichend deklariert, ohne eine klare Begründung zu liefern.

Dieses Casino wird von Verbrechern betrieben und ich rate jedem davon ab auch nur einen Cent zu investieren.

Truffa totale. Da dei giri bonus vinco 7€, dopo gioco al crazy time e per la prima volta in vita mia vinco 1500€. C’e scritto che sono soldi bonus e non posso prenderli, giustamente. Continuo a giocare alle slot senza perdere, mi restano 1450€ che diventano prelevabili, esce scritto “Saldo vincolato da bonus 0€/ Saldo prelevabile 1450€”. Quindi erano soldi miei, soldi prelevabili senza vincoli bonus. Al che io li prelevo tutti ma dopo un paio d’ora mi arriva una notifica che mi dice che hanno annullato il prelievo; entro nel conto e mi trovo solo 50€ col prelievo annullato. Una truffa totale, erano soldi miei, prelevabili e non vincolati da bonus. Ovviamente non puoi farci nulla perche hanno il coltello dalla parte del manico. Evitate come la peste, tanto troveranno sempre il cavillo per non pagarvi.

So far I don’t trust this casino site. Yes they have amazing promos and offers but I believe that to be because they don’t intend to pay anything out.

My mum has been waiting for her withdrawal for so long that we don’t believe she will actually ever get it. Her first withdrawal attempt was rejected due to a document not being approved and she was asked to upload another document which she did and it was accepted and her account became fully verified however her 2nd withdrawal attempt has been sitting in the pending stage for well over the 24hours they say it takes to process withdrawals according to clause 10.6 of their terms and conditions. Chat support is useless and does not offer any accurate information let alone support with their false information. They kept saying it can take upto 72 hours according to their clause 10.12. However, because all the verification documents they requested has been accepted and they’ve confirmed that my account is fully verified then this claus does not apply to my mum.
