Ich bin so sauer. Ich habe den Bonus, den ich zur Registrierung bekommen habe, verspielt und dachte mir, OK 25€ kann man mal hochladen. Dies wurde von meiner Bank abgelehnt. Ich kontaktiere den Support, bakam sofort Hilfe und sollte doch bitte bis zu 7 Werktage warten, dann würde mein Geld zurück überwiesen. Ich habe über 7 Werktage gewartet und gerade noch mal den Support kontaktieren. Ich sollte eine PDF meines Kontoauszuges hochladen, wo ersichtlich ist, dass ich das Geld nicht zurück bekommen habe. Letztendlich hieß es, ich hätte die 25€ verspielt, die aber auch mit Beweisen nie auf das Konto gingen. Ich muss mich als Lügnerin darstellen lassen. Habe gesagt, die können mich mal und sich die 25€ sonst wo hin stecken. Danach wurde sich entschuldigt und ich bat mein Konto zu löschen. Das ging Recht fix dass sie mein Konto gesperrt haben. Allerdings löschen kann man es nicht.

When I opened an account at RollXO casino, I didn't agreed to receive any kind of offers. But they keep sending me emails about bonus and freespins offer. I have sent them MANY emails where I have asked them to stop sending me any kind of offers, but they never responding back to me!
I have done some deposit, but it is not possible to win anything!
Because of all this, I do not reccomend this casino!

Misleading Bonus offered and not credited, the excuse was that the bonus was for the second deposit but only offered after the second deposit had already been made. I would recommend avoiding this site as there was no action from customer service. I will not be playing here again.

$5,500 Withdrawal Rejected — Extremely Disappointing & Feels Like a Scam
I deposited $221 with Rollxo and won approximately $6,000 during a feature round. The winnings were originally from bonus cash, so I wagered 100% of the balance until it fully converted into real cash, exactly as their terms require.
After meeting all conditions, I completed every verification step and submitted a $5,500 withdrawal. Without any proper explanation, the withdrawal was rejected.
I contacted support and even suggested a fair solution — to give me the bonus funds back so I could re-wager them from scratch. This was refused, and I was told the decision was final. As a result, I’ve effectively had $5,500 taken from me.
I was genuinely keen to continue using Rollxo, but this experience has left me feeling misled and extremely disappointed. I will be taking this further with Consumer Affairs and other regulatory bodies, as players deserve transparency and fair treatment.
I just want answers, my rightful withdrawal, and assurance that this won’t happen to others.
