This company traded with us. We traded a beautiful Lincoln navigator. A 2021 vehicle. They traded us a 2015 Chrysler van that's a piece of shit. Check engine light was on it needed a new transmission. It was replaced and the check engine light is on again. I've contacted the sales representative and he has not responded to me yet. This company is a damn joke. Don't deal with them.
They did a great job explaining everything on my van. Gave me pointers on when I get it insured and when I do my taxes. I received a follow up call from my salesman the next day asking if I had any questions and how I liked the van.
First off I will warn you that any negative experience you had with Rollx vans is your fault, not theirs. They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, hands down first place. I got a brand new full size van from them that leaks water in from raised doors they installed, and soaks the carpet to the point of discoloration and mildew. The lift they installed is not the one I requested and doesn’t deploy without a shove from the inside or a tug from the outside, when getting in or out of the van. Both issues were serviced by their road tech, who did the best he could to fix the problem but ultimately was unable to rectify the problems. That was after he finally kept his word and showed up on the 4th agreed upon time that we scheduled with him. All that happened after the front window gasket started to come off at 80 mph on our first trip with the new van. We took it to the dealership in our state who quickly diagnosed that the windshield was an aftermarket brand and not factory, but was replaced using the factory gasket. Seriously ??? Why would a brand new van have an after market windshield ? Why were we not told about it ? To further enhance our experience with Rollx the side door opener was improperly adjusted so that if you have the front passenger door open when you deploy the lift, the front barn door slams against the front passenger door putting a nice crease dent in the door. Our salesman lied so many times he actually said “seriously this time I’m not lying” smh. Do yourself a huge huge HUGE favor and avoid doing business with Rollx vans. You’ll be glad you did. This is just my experience doing business with them and it’s my fault for doing that. I won’t make that mistake again. Ever again. My salesman’s initials are T. D. He’s a real nice guy, but needs training on honesty and needs of the disabled community. That’s the tip of the iceberg of problems we’ve had to deal with during and after doing business with this company. They claim to be family run stemming from the disability of a family member but all I know is that the disabled have insurance with deep pockets and Rollx vans has long hands. All said and done insurance paid over $200k for a van that leaks water in when it rains, and has a lift I have to struggle to use. Unbelievable !!! 😡😡😡

Got a new wheelchair and need bolt installed on it that secures chair to van's floor harness. Called today and phone representative said the charge would be $795. Price seems a little ridiculous for the work to be done. I will talk to a handy man about removing bolt from old chair and installing it on new one. Sounds like a rip off. Wonder if representative is sharing fees with installer.

We have had several experiences with all the major accessible van manufacturers and sometimes with custom modifications come some problems that take time to work through, while not ideal during this period working out bugs in Braun, VMI, and RollX conversions, the final product that RollX produces is a solid one unmatched with some important features that other van companies do not offer. Rollx Vans is the only company to provide a full unobstructed exit full power in floor conversion with the option to retain OEM comfortable middle row seating on removable bases allowing for the most passengers (7) 6 seated passengers plus a wheel chair. Also they retain the OEM dual dampening suspension which allows for much smoother better handling ride. RollX does most of what the customer asks for including custom lighting, paint and body protection. They also retain the factory OEM towing package allowing for hitch small trailer towing and hitch implements like bike rack, hitch mounted luggage carrier, and hitch mounted ATV or mower carrier. Most of all RollX is a group of friendly people who always understanding and they're to help, especially the service department manager Becky and our local techs Alex and Brian. This is why we chose RollX after owning and using BraunAbility Sienna for 10 years and VMI conversions. There are a couple innovative features that VMI has done including the side audible warning system for if people block access. If RollX could provide a AWD hybrid option with integrated system that works through OEM keyFOB, it would be the perfect solution. How they are now, they are still the best choice always innovating and standing behind their products. Thank you RollX family!
Purchased a RollX conversion of a Pacifica with less than a 1,000 miles. The batteries had to be replaced so it was easier to remove the air cleaner box to get the batteries out. The air cleaner box was forced into position so hard that RollX had broken the mount and jury rigged the broken mounting tab by putting numerous washers and a rubber gasket to keep the air cleaner box secure.
Under the air cleaner box is the lift plates that they use to get clearance on the front end. The plate was not painted and rusting to the point that it was pitting. It may have been an old plate that was already rusting that had laid in the shop for some time. I can only speculate.
There were latex gloves stuck to the air box and had they fallen off would have landed on the exhaust and would have probably caught on fire. There were numerous spacers, bolts and washers laying around on top of the various components in the engine compartment.
The caps to the headlights used to adjust the headlights were laying in the engine compartment. The bolts on the passenger side for the lift plates were rusted. The plate on that side has paint.
I contacted RollX on all these issues weeks ago and sent them the pictures of the poor quality control. These are all issues that happened before the vehicle left their facility. Even after sending pictures of the rust, gloves, bolts, spacers, headlight caps and shoddy work they didn't take any ownership of the issues.
The inside of the vehicle is good workmanship. The stuff not visible in the engine compartment was a disaster waiting to happen. Their was no pride or ownership inside the engine compartment even when I confronted them with the issues and the images.

I Purchased a rollex Van online From accross the country , Paid a delivery fee to get it here, because I was told that if I need service on the Van that they would send someone out to take care of the issue. That is what made the sale .
Now one year in I have a problem with the van , and I am told "Not our problem, see a dodge dealer ''
Of course I am in a wheel chair and I cannot get a ride back home unless my wife throws me in the back seat (really not feasible)
I would have been better off going to my local : Moblity Works Vans
they will come out and get your van and get it repaired then bring it back to you . ROLLX Van Will tell you "Not Our Problem"
bought a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country Sept 19 had to replace the battery Oct.19 starting issues then sent it to chrysler dealer cause again it wouldnt start on Dec. 2 they replaced the alternator Dec. 10
wouldnt start again had AAA start and returned it to dealer again nothing found on chryslers end Dec. 14 wouldnt start had triple AAA come out again battery not responding good they replaced it December 18th son went into the hospital and i wanted to go home the 21st and check on things hospital had to jump car returned to the hospital left hospiyal on 23rd again they had to jump the car. Was told by Rollex guy prior that a car like this needs to be ran more often my son is disabled and im supposed to get him out in cold to run van so far not satisfied with this van i traded our 2008 in for a more reliable car cause that one had a lot of miles so far this is a crappy van and has issues i needed a reliable vehicle and this is not a reliable one never had to run our old one it could sit for a month no matter what time of year and still start. I was told by their service man daryll maybe they could put a charging device to charge every night that is not acceptable i should not have to keep this car going and starting it everyday they need to fix this issue or replace the car a cash deal was done believe me its not over yet i will do what i have to so i can get a working vehicle for my son i didnt want a lemon and so far thats what this is unless they figure out the problem and quick if i have an emergency with him i cant even transport him
Getting an adaptive van has been on my mind for the past year. I finally got my hand control license & worked with Ryan Murray to get the right van for me.
I picked my van up last Saturday and I could not be happier! Every step of the way was very thorough and every need of mine was met.

This is our third Rollx van. We have loved them all and they have been a life saver for transporting our wheelchair bound daughter. The staff and owner are second to none and the service department is top notch as well. We will always purchase our vehicles from Rollx.
The van arrived and it was exceptionally in great condition,everything worked perfectly,the people that delivered were very nice Peter took great care of the transaction. Honestly we were scared to say the least buying a vehicle 5 states away but rollx vans they are nothing but a great company. We found nothing to compare around here.. A few problems have arose mechanically and I have scheduled to have them repaired,only one issue will be covered by the warranty (go figure) waiting to see how this goes
