This was our 3rd purchase from Rollx. Great company!

There were just a couple of things that could be improved upon: we bought a three year old used van and when it was brought home the van had not been cleaned very well. Spots on carpet, dirt on arm rests, small crumbs in hidden spots, just not detailed. The other small detail was that between the sale and the finished product and pick up date there was very little communication letting us know the progress. We love our van and everyone we worked with was
very pleasant and helpful.

I was leery about buying a vehicle sight unseen. Matt was the salesman that worked with us. He did a great job answering the many questions we had. I like the Rollx Conversion package. I had checked some others out and am very satisfied with the choice I made. I went to the Rollx website and learned a lot about how the vehicles were converted and the options of the different vans,.which was a great help. When we picked up our vehicle, we were given a short tour of how the vans were converted. The assembly line was quite amazing!
I am very satisfied with the vehicle we purchased from Rollx and with the service provided by the staff.
I would highly recommend a Rollx van to anyone in need of a handicapped van.

Each person that I talked with and worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Purchasing and picking up my Pacifica were both great experiences. Thank you to Matt Bertrang for all your help and online chatting.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica! I am thankful to Dan for the excellent customer service that he extended during my time of distress from totaling out my previous vehicle. Great customer service. My salesperson Tori was very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole process. I received my Vehicle about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be more happier with my decision. Quality workmanship throughout the van. Staff that delivered my van were well informed about the vehicle and took their time and walked me through the vehicle until I was completely satisfied. From start to finish they walked me through the whole process so that it went very smoothly. From the time I picked up the phone to ask my first question and to saying goodbye to the delivery staff I could not ask for any better. This is real customer service

This is my first ramp van and now have used it 4 weeks. I spend 2 months researching such vans and was confused by the price range of used ones. I went with Rollx because they are the Factory and recondition their used vans. Matt was very helpful from sales and Shawn was great on delivery . Calling Rollx I had my questions answered respectively and in a “home town “ manner. Highly recommend them.

The old way of doing business is still very much alive in that they willingly go the extra mile to fully answer any questions. They sure helped greatly by interacting with the VA to help the process move forward. Delivering the van to be inspected by the VA, then to my front door was another blessing in itself.
The entire team coordinated every step and communicated with me the entire way. Thanks to all members for providing a high level of customer satisfaction which seems to be a forgotten method by most others.

Rollx invited us into their family with open arms and ensured, from beginning to end, that our experience was everything wee needed it to be.
