I hate shopping, especially for cars. It was true serendipity that put Rollx in my sights when I needed to buy a proper handicapped accessible vehicle. Dealing with internet sites that dangled possibilities with no prices unless I first answered 100 questions, took 3 surveys and gave a credit card had really set my teeth on edge. Enter Steve Strain and Rollx. What a marvelous experience! Steve answered all my questions, supplied answers I didn't even know to ask for, and genty guided me through the selection of a base van - a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country with just the right bells and whistles - and then through the details of what levels of conversion would meet my needs now and later. Mainly I wanted a van that did all the work for me. Independence is a big thing, so automatic doors, lift, everything had to be there for me. I even specified a certain type of tie-downs and got them. It took several phone conversations, not necessarily all business, because we are both interesting people who like to talk, emails and photos to settle on the specifics, but it went as smoothly as a big river flowing to the sea. At no point did I feel I was being "sold to"; rather I worked well with a knowledgeable person to find an excellent fit. Financing was very straightforward and a better deal than my bank offered. The van was into conversion as soon as I returned the paperwork and Steve sent me photos and progress reports [of my little van in pieces! Oh my glory!] and gave me a firm shipping/delivery date. Rollx's man in Texas, Dustin Seelye, then braved holiday traffic to bring it to my door, run me through the operation and satisfy me that I had chosen well on all fronts. Overall, Rollx has my ringing endorsement for service, customer satisfaction, quality product [that is one stout conversion, absolutely suited for any level of handicapped service] and wonderful, real people. 5 very sparkling stars.

The have excellent Vans

I have had our Rolx van for a couple of weeks now. From the very start of this purchase Rolx has been wonderful to work with. They have been vary accommoding. We have had a Bran van for 15 years. The Rolex conversion beats the Braun on every point. We bought a used Rolx and they made it new again! I would recomend Rolx to anyone.

RollX vans is by choice the BEST place to purchase an accessible vehicle! I'm on my second Grand Caravan SXT. When i had an issue, i would just call the Customer Service department and they would walk you through the issue on hand and get you rolling again without having to call a tow truck. The people at RollX vans treat you like family. I have recommended RollX van's to many friends and they've been super happy with my referral. I am a super-detailed person, and every person at Rollx I've come in contact with from sales, finance, field technician, registration & title, and even those answering the toll free number, have been A-#1 professionals, striving to answer my every question and concern, and always had our best interest in mind. The result is we now have the conversion van of our dreams, and my disabled husband now has the freedom to just pick up and GO! whenever he chooses. Believe me, I'd like to tell the whole world about Rollx Vans!

From our first call with RollX, touring the factory, and ultimately getting our van on the delivery date, everything went perfect. We're so happy with our new van. What a life changer!

Caring for a handicapped family member who is declining can be very overwhelming and stressful. It was a God send to be able to find transportation through Rollx Vans that allowed me, as a single female, to transport my aunt on my own AND with ease, as well as a company that would bend over backwards to try to make something work for my family's budget and needs. I LOVED this van!! Because of it, I could take my aunt everywhere by myself, regardless of the handicap accessibility of parking areas or street curbs. Because of this van she was no longer homebound and for that I'm forever grateful. Rollx treats you like family and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing a handicap accessible van.

This van and the conversion have worked very well. We have found it to be easy to operate and at the same time well laid out to allow ease of placing a person in a wheelchair in a safe and easy to secure position. Your design and installation are to commended.

I received a 2017 Honda van that I was not able to use, couldn't transfer to the passenger seat or use the tri-peg spinner to drive it. And I am still dealing with other issues with this van since I received it three weeks ago.

I have owned four Rollx vans and there is no other company to buy an adaptive vehicle from. Their service is better than any in the country. The technician that works on my vehicles, Dustin Seelye, is always friendly and very knowledgeable about all the equipment. They will have to really irritate make me mad for me to not buy my next vehicle from them.
