Just had surveyor ( Grahame) round to double check measurements for impending window/door/facia & guttering replacement.
Grahame was very polite and courteous, arrived a little late after calling ahead to let us know, which wasn’t an issue. All process thoroughly checked ( and recorded).
Looking forward to seeing the final results.

Just had my third lot of windows installed by Roofriendly and really pleased!

Whilst I wasn't happy with our old conservatory roof, it wasn't actually causing me a problem; for example, it wasn't leaking. But it wasn't in great shape. So when I got a knock on our door and a guy was there offering me a leaflet on conservatories from a company called Roofriendly, I decided to listen. He was personable, professional and not 'salesy' in any way. Long story short - we spent £8K on a new roof. The people we were in contact with from Roofriendly during the process from start to finish were professional and we're very happy with the outcome. Rob who came to measure up was easy to deal with and easy to chat to. Graham the surveyor was a very pleasant chap as well as being helpful and informative. Luke and Chris who installed the new roof over a day and a half, were friendly, punctual, worked hard and (admittedly, to my layman's eye), have done a good job. Our conservatory looks and (strangely) 'feels' better, more solid. I'm very happy to recommend this company.

Just had a meeting for a quote for new windows with a lovely young man called Erik. He was polite, well mannered and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. An asset to the company.
I am very much looking forward to having my triple glazed windows fitted soon.

Everything was great. From placing the order through to install. This is the second time we have used them and would recommend them.

Just amazing from beginning to end, the quality of the work, the quality of the materials but most of all how respectful and tidy the team were when working in my home. It’s hard to have people working in your own space and we have dogs too but they were brilliant we felt comfortable with team and they made sure the dogs where made a fuss of too. They took great care when coming and going.

Had full house makeover, windows and door. Great job. Well pleased. So no hesitation when it came time to replace the conservatory. Lisa just as knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of ideas discussed. No pressure and worked with us to meet our needs. Would highly recommend.

Erik visited the property and explained all options open to us in a clear way. He was very knowledgeable about the different products available and gave advice in respect of our best options.

Excellent Windows and Great Front and Back doors, they look amazing , Triple glazed so much warmer had to turn down the heating . Brilliant service.

Excellent company, reliable and competitive prices. They keep you informed all the way through the process from choosing to booking, paying a deposit and fitting. All done at a convenience to suit. The fitter we had (second time now) is very reliable and efficient, so clean and tidy. Cannot complain about anything and would definitely recommend, this is our second window, so pleased with the outcome.

Friendly and patient from sale to survey has been excellent. I had the opportunity to make sure I made the right decision on the design of my new front door.

The fitter who came to fit the new front door was a very friendly amiable kind a chap and arrived on time, we are more than pleased with the job he did, the door looks very smart so thank you to Ashley for good job.

We have just had our gutters facier & soffit replaced Mark & Nathen have done a first class job & nothing was to much trouble cleaned up after them it has made a big difference to the outside of our property thank you we would definitely recommend Roofriendly

The company's Rep who came to explain the company's products in detail was very 'personable' and informative.
Having agreed our overall contract to replace all first floor windows and balcony door tjhis was timetabled swiftly.
On the day of execution the two personnel arrived on time, were very personable while carryong out removal of all double glazed window frames and panes along with the door too.
They then set to work installing the news framework for the tripple glazed replacements taking great care of established fittings and decorations such that nothing needed attention once their job was finished.
Highly recommended!
