ROOMRS makes moving to the Big City easy
ROOMRS made it really quick, easy, and convenient to move to Brooklyn. Their system was very efficient and I was able to move in within 48 hours of applying. The customer service is responsive, and work with you whenever there is a problem with the apartment, access, maintenance, etc. I really enjoyed my experience staying with ROOMRS and I would reccomend them to others who are looking for a convenient, furnished, and low-stress option for housing in NYC.

Great experience for several months
Roomrs made my arrival in New York very straightforward. The apartment was in a great location and nicely furnished. It is very pleasant that it is cleaned regularly and I didn't have to worry about anything. The service was always very good. The prices are justified. All in all, a very good experience and I can recommend it to others.

Easy solution for your stay in the city
highly recommend staying with roomrs if you are looking for an easy solution for your mid- to longterm stay in nyc. You can choose your room in your desired area online and they will take care of everything for you. I personally loved my room in Bushwick and got along very well with most of my roommates. The room had everything that I needed for my 6 months stay in the city and looked exactly like in the pictures online. They have very good customer service as well, so there is always someone available to help you!

Great for remote workers
As a remote worker, I'm always looking for furnished short term leases. I was originally unfamiliar with the neighborhoods in NYC and the team did an amazing job helping me figure out what location would work best for me based on my budget, amenities, and activities. I was happy to find a company that…
I was happy to find a company that provide flexibility with length of stay and had everything I need inside the apartment - made my move in much less stressful.
Communication was also a breeze - starting with leasing, and continuing with support. I got all answers to my questions and any issues were getting resolved quick, if arose.
Also liked my roommates - very nice, clean, working professionals. Would definitely use the company again when need to be in NYC.

Roomrs website was very detailed and easy to use and navigate through the different apartments and rooms within apartments. Process was very easy and I was able to secure my room with great ease. I had everything I needed in my room/apartment and location was perfect! Few minutes away from restaurants, fast food places, shops, supermarkets, and even the subway! My room was also very affordable and everything included such as cleaning once a month, utensils and kitchenware, towels etc.. customer service was great! Everytime I had an issue, I would email Roomrs customer service and get response very promptly and someone to fix the issue as soon as the next day Definitely would recommend using Roomrs to secure any rooms/apartments. Very safe and all my roommates were very easy to get along with and I felt safe with each of them (had 4 different roommates within the 10 months I was there). The apartment was also very clean and safe with security access codes. Overall experience was excellent, will definitely book another place through Roomrs if I decide to move back to NY again.

Highly recommended!
As an international person needing temporary accommodation in New York, I needed a place to live that was furnished, affordable and reliable. Roomrs provides this and much more. My apartment had a beautiful living room with a kitchen and a fully furnished bedroom with everything you needed. It made me feel closer to home. In addition, they have an excellent customer service team and all the facilities for international people. Highly recommended!

Great for Summer Internships
I had a great overall experience with roomrs! The fact that I lived with a bunch of other young adults essentially doing the same thing I was doing made for the perfect summer stay. We were all in the city either working summer jobs or in summer classes, so we used our space at the roomrs apartments to lay our heads at night or chill during the weekends. There was no added pressure for everyone to be 'best buds'. But everyone was cordial, & we did a decent job of sharing the responsibility of common space chores. Roomrs has this great cleaning service where people will come once a month & clean your bathroom & common space; they were God sent when things got busy for everyone in the apartment.
The only con I could think of was our issue with the shared fridge not working one weekend. But roomrs was very quick to respond, & this was more of an apartment issue rather than a roomrs one; but they did still helped us out by relying the message. All in all, I would definitely reccomend roomrs to people looking for places to stay.

My experience at Roomrs
Process from virtually touring the space, signing the lease to leaving there was really smooth. Really enjoyed my stay there. One con for me was the monthly cleaning - the company they hired isn’t really good on that end. Felt like the apartment still wasn’t clean even after they came in after in for one.

Excellent Experience at a Great Cost
Roomrs was great to work with. My position got moved to NYC, the week before I was to start work. Roomrs worked to get me an excellent location. The room was furnished nicely and had everything that I needed. The bi-monthly cleaning of the common areas was the cherry on top.

The apartment was fully move-in ready and had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay here! The short term lease and the furnished apartment definitely saved me when I had nowhere else to stay!
