Excellent!
I was delighted with my experience with Roomrs. They are available, respond quickly to questions, and use Latch, which is very convenient.
The apartments are functional and clean thanks to their cleaning teams that come regularly.
The rental process is clear, simple, and fast. There's always someone available to answer your questions, which is great!
I highly recommend the Roomrs platform if you need to travel and settle somewhere!

Everything was great
Everything was great. I found my apartment and signed the lease within a week. The arrival follow-up is top notch, the agency really listens to you if you have any problems. My room was on 117th in Harlem and it was great. The apartments are in good condition and personally I was in a shared apartment with two other young people. Great accommodation in a great city like New York. I'd recommend it.

Best housing plan in NYC
To be honest - I can't make it to the big apple with Roomrs.
It's the easiest way to find yourself a place amid the crazy housing situation in NY. The application process was easy and I got my approval very fast.
Anyway - strongly recommend Roomrs if you are thinking off moving to NYC.

Roorms proved to be an incredible lifesaver for me when I relocated to New York City! As an international student, I was in desperate need of a temporary place to stay while I sorted out my new life. I spent 4 months living in New York…
I spent 4 months living in New York before starting graduate school. Roomrs made my move incredibly easy - all I had to do was bring clothes. The leasing and property management team were quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I had a great experience as my unit was well furnished and came as described (incredible location in North Williamsburg). My roommates were clean, respectful, and friendly.

I had an excellent time working with Roomrs. It made my move to New York City exceptionally easy and removed many stressors that come along with moving to a big city. I loved not having to worry about buying furniture or dishware while already having so many things on my plate. Additionally, the customer service was very efficient and attentive. Although I didn’t face many challenges throughout my stay, the minor ones were always addressed in a timely fashion. I’m sad to see my time with Roomrs end because of all the benefits but very happy to have found them and would recommend them to anyone looking for an easy move to any city.

Amazing co living experience
As an French young working woman who came for just a few months, I could not have found a better place to live. The building, the room and the furnitures were just perfect and it has been incredibly easy to just move from another country.

Stress free stay in NYC
What was great about my experience with Roomrs was that the whole process was so smooth. Not having to worry about the space I would be staying in during my time volunteering in New York City made the experience so much more enjoyable. Had a 6 month lease with Roomrs and I really loved how simple and easy they made the entire process. Everything is well thought out and taken care of by them. They are also very quick and responsive to any issues! Highly recommend renting from them even if it’s just for a short amount of time. I really liked being able to rent for 6 months until I found a more permanent place. It gave me a lot of flexibility!!

Would recommend Roomrs to friends
To me, Roomrs was the perfect temporary home. Moving abroad can be scary. Especially when you hear stories of a broker fee and parents not being accepted as guarantors because their money isn't on American bank accounts. Not even mentioning arriving after a long flight to no furniture, all of that I didn't want. With Roomrs, I had a new apartment with a nice interior, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, and 5 other roommates to easily get to know people in the new city. And the location was perfect for me as well. I loved living here; problems were fixed fast and easily and the kitchen/living room was cleaned every month. I would definitely recommend Rooms to my friends.

First NYC apartment
This company made my move to NYC so smooth. I was able to sign a lease and move in within two days. I stayed with them for a year. The rent is affordable and you get so many amenities included. The fully furnished kitchen was great and convenient. Customer service is also easy to reach and very friendly.

Great experience
Roomrs made my move to NYC very easy and smooth. I was able to have a room ready for me to occupy since many days before my arrival. When I arrived, everything was ready to just settle in the city and live: the furniture, the common areas, etc. Besides, all the renting process was very easy and clear at all stages. Roomrs staff was always available to answer any question that I could have, and they would always answer my emails with good information. The overall experience was very good!

Living with Roomrs for a year
I lived with Roomrs for a year! I'm really glad I found this company. They welcomed me with open arms when no one wanted to accept a student from a foreign country during the epidemic as their tenant. With an amazing location, a furnished apartment and all the necessary facilities (laundry machine, rooftop and a dishwasher!), the living was perfect for my first experience in NY and gave me peace of mind as a student.
not to forget their customer service who got me answers back within minutes!
