Yet another bad review- placed the order online to be told that they only had half the order in stock. I asked for a refund which they agreed to and I’m still waiting 6 weeks later for any return on funds, and total lack of communication. They have taken my money and the items didn’t even leave their premises!

I don't usually leave reviews but the customer support team were really helpful chasing my order. After a few weeks I received my order and the bedside tables were exactly what I was looking for, same as in their images. They are good quality and sturdy.

This company is 0 stars. Placed an order in March with a 10 day delivery advertised. Had to raise a complaint through Klarna and still nothing and no refund. Finally showed up in May without any communication. I had already had to buy a bed for my child as couldn't wait any longer for them. Now they won't respond to my return request. No answer on the telephone number. No answers to numerous emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

It's a pity I can't give it 0 stars. Placed an order last month and still no sign of the item. No answer on there telephone number and the email correspondence is painfully slow and unhelpful.
Truly shocking service leading to unhappy kids waiting for a bed. Wish I read these reviews before wasting time, effort and money with Room to Grow. I would avoid at all costs

Order bunkbeds that should have been delivered in 6-8 weeks. In week 11, I cancelled the order. I have emailed at various times to be given no clear date.

Dont be fooled and don’t bother ordering from these guys you are just wasting your time and they should be closed down!

Ordered a desk for my daughter on 22nd April which had a 5-10 day delivery and still no sign of it 4 weeks later.

I’ve emailed them twice and I was told “there seems to have been an internal error with the system. This has now been rectified.” I still haven’t received my order. I’ve asked someone to call me back as I want a full refund and no reply. There’s also no contact number on their website.

The quality of the fittings for their beds is shockingly bad. Assembled the bed as per instructions and on lifting it to move it in place it all came apart. Fittings are loose, no grip and impossible to tighten properly. If you do the metal clamps either bend out of shape or punch through the wood breaking it. They even sent the wrong parts but makes little difference as am not going to keep it

Placed an order for a bed over 8 weeks ago. Tried ringing to chase the order but the phone just rings out and goes to answer machine which says to email. I had already emailed the days ago and had no reply. This is appalling customer service. Wish I’d seen all the other reports of people in the same situation before I’d placed my order! Will be reporting them to Watchdog

I ordered new furniture for my son’s
Room. No communication on delivery date. Have called serval times and getting either one liner unhelpful emails or nothing at all!!! It’s a total joke!

Bought furniture for my little sister's new bedroom and she loves it!
The bed and wardrobe are really sturdy and it was all easy to build

The bedroom set we chose fit perfectly into the room and its lovely. The delivery was a couple of days late but we were kept informed by the delivery company. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Ordered a mattress on 9th April. Still waiting despite several emails and customer service informing me they would look into it and get back to me asap.

No communication, no approximate delivery date, no tracking information.
Will never ever buy from this company again.

Ordered a bed in February. Nearly May and it has not been delivered and they have not indicated when it will be delivered. They have ignored my last three emails. Neither phone number I have found for them works.

I have been waiting four weeks for a delivery date of bunk beds, the customer service number doesn't exist and they only reply to every four emails, saying they will be in touch when they have a delivery date, do not buy from this company. I am now cancelling my order and will order else where.

Awful company and service. Ordered a child's high riser bed with sofa and desk under it in February. Informed that it will take 6-8 weeks to arrive and still nothing. I messaged them to ask when it will arrive and was informed that the delivery team will get back to me with an eta. They didn't get back to me with an eta. I have just messaged them again to ask for an eta or I will be requesting a full refund. This is the worst company I have had the displeasure to work with.

Ordered a small double bed, great customer service and good delivery

Amazing, 100% recommend. The quality of the bed & mattresses was excellent. We also paid indoor installation & it was very quick and hassle free.

Items arrived on time and delivery guys were super helpful. Great quality products and would certainly recommend to others.

Disgusting experience. Have been waiting 4 MONTHS for the delivery of a bed and a wardrobe. The wardrobe arrived flat packed with marks all over it. The bed - I paid £115 extra for to have it built and they failed to put it on the delivery teams rosta. Leaving my 4yo crying her eyes out because she thought her bed was finally here. Nobody to contact. Absolutely disgusting considering the amount I’ve spent. Never again! Wish I’d have read these reviews first!
