We have just picked up our 2nd Kodiaq from RRG Skoda in Bolton. Fantastic service from Mark, Chris and Francesca from start to finish. Jon (Head of Service) has looked after us extremely well with our previous vehicle and we will certainly be bringing the new one in for service as well.

Lucas at RRG Bolton was very professional and friendly as well, he listened to what we were looking for and sorted out a great deal on our new car. We were kept informed throughout and the whole process ran smoothly. We're very happy with our new car.

Just purchased another Skoda from RRG Bolton and delt with the same salesman as last time Kristijan Bradicic was as always very helpful and knowledgeable on the Skoda product, RRG are a great company to deal with this is the third Skoda I've purchased from them, I purchased another one last year from Lookers Skoda at Stockport a totally different experience which I didn't enjoy and would never use Lookers again,

Phil, the salesman is very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable, and the showroom has a good atmosphere too. He helped me and my wife with test drives and with choosing the best car and best additional products for our needs. On our car handover appointment, he again helped us with everything, from sorting the remaining paperwork to showing the car details and important product and contact details. He was very flexible and quick in problem solving, which is also a big positive. We now have a nice Skoda Kamiq! Thank you again, would definitely recommend Phil and RRG Skoda Bolton!

When I first went in I was met by the salesman Kris, he was really helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was looking for. Kris explained everything in layman’s terms. If I asked a question Kris could answer it. For the first time in a long time buying a car from Kris and Skoda was an enjoyable experience, I will use them again and would recommend anyone to use this dealership, they have a great range of vehicles to look at and to be able to make up your mind on what model of Skoda you want and more importantly need.

Was made welcome when i ordered my new skoda karoq this was my second karoq. Phil kept me informored of the progress of manufacture of car. Phil meet me when i collected my new car, he was
freindley and knowlagable about the car. Fran the Manager came and introduced herself saying any issues dont hesitate to ask. My car was absulutely spot on.

I recently purchased a car and agreed to put down a £500 deposit. However, without my agreement, Phil processed the deposit as £1,000 instead of the £500 we had clearly discussed.

After the handover of the vehicle, he then began calling me every day asking for an additional £500, which was never agreed to at any point during the sale. This was both stressful and unprofessional.

A deposit amount should never be changed without the customer’s clear consent, and repeatedly calling to request extra money after the deal has been completed is not acceptable.

Overall, this experience left me feeling pressured and disappointed. I would advise future customers to ensure all amounts are clearly documented and confirmed in writing before proceeding.

After some unfortunate luck and being treated badly by another dealership, my experience with RRG Bolton was a breath of fresh air. Lukas was very straightforward to deal with, called me back and sent things through exactly when he said he would, and didn't give me the hard sell on anything. Would fully recommend.

This my third used Skoda purchased from RRG Bolton. On each occasion, it has been a different salesman, but they have all had the same helpful approach. They don't rush you, they listen to want the customer wants, and offer options if you are unsure. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Test drives are available, coffee and biscuits are guaranteed. They offer various finance packages and take you through the options. If you are part-ex, then they offer competitive trade-in and extras built into the mix make for a good deal. Completing the sale is painless, as they can arrange the tax and insurance for you. On the last occasion, Kris did all the work, he was a true gentleman, explaining everything and making sure that I understood at every step. We even had a chatty test drive together. and gave helpful advice about my next holiday destination.
.. The servicing team are of the same calibre, nothing is too much trouble. Martin the manager is particularly helpful. RRG Skoda Bolton are highly rated against other competitors in the area, they are my go to dealers.
