RSAWEB offers poor unprofessional service. Since being with RSAWEB our internet connection has never been so pathetic and attrocious! Anyone out there looking for a service provider STAY AWAY FROM RSAWEB, save yourself endless frustration and NO SERVICE assistance at all.

Quick and excellent customer service from Yanga

I spoke to Yanga, who understood what i needed and made it happen instantly and seamlessly

I was a faithful and loyal customer for 3 and a half years. I finally had to move and then I asked them for a cancellation. It was reported to me that I owe them a claw back fee for not completing my agreed contract of 12 months. I disputed this as I have been with them for 3 and a half years. Needless to say they stole my money.

Instead of being a happy return customer seeking them out at any new residence I will never use them again.

They’ve lost me as a customer as its quite clear what their strategy is - it is not customer service. Its greed.

I would recommend choosing a provider where theres no clawback fee, theres no notice, and you can go month to month like Cybersmart. Power back to the customer.
