Don't waste your time and money on these people, as soon as they make a sale, your calls go unanswered and their whole attitude towards you changes. Ended up getting a router that does nothing, Total rip off. You guys need to get your ducks in a row cause u are clueless.

Worst ISP I have ever dealt with.

The positive reviews on Google appear highly questionable and do not reflect the reality of this company.

They took my money, failed to deliver a working service, and then effectively disappeared. Calls go unanswered. Emails are ignored. There is no accountability, no follow-up, and no resolution. Despite never getting the service up and running, I was still billed.

On cancellation, they charged me more than was contractually due and then went completely silent. At this point, I have been forced to initiate a fraud dispute with my bank simply to recover the funds. Given the lack of service delivery, the overbilling, and the total absence of communication, this situation is borderline fraudulent.

The level of incompetence and disregard for customers is staggering. I have over 60 documented emails and more than 100 phone calls to support the issues I experienced, all without a meaningful response or outcome.

If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this ISP entirely. Choose literally any other provider. I am currently with MWEB and, while they are far from perfect, I would choose them over this company without hesitation.

Did get help from Siphiwe this morning from RSAWEB must say she very polite and helpful....should hire more consultants like here...and on top RSAWEB service are the best
