Purchase - Scott Addict RC 30 Yellow Road Bike
Went in to look at potential new road bike. Matt was great measuring both the bike and me to ensure a suitable fit.
Collected the bike a few days later, superb after sales with pedals, bottle cages etc fitted and really good detailed 'handover' of what's required to maintain the bike to keep it at its best.
2nd bike I've bought from Run & Ride and the sales / after service has always been excellent.
Shout out for their service / repair team also... high standards and great value.

Easy and straightforward ordering process
Placing order on-line was very easy. I received confirmation of purchase via email and the order arrived in time as advised at time of placing it.
The purchase was a gift to my daughter, who was very happy with it.

Very Disappointed
Ordered two hope rotors on the 10th of the month and delivery was supposed to be between 20th-26th May. When I called to chase it up the person told me 5 weeks from order date plus delivery. I’m so disappointed as this was a gift for my son’s birthday early June. Terrible service. I shouldn’t have to chase items.

Unfortunelty at the moment Hope are just one of several suppliers that are struggling to meet demand, meaning turnaround / delivery times are all over the place, to everyones detriment (many Hope products have since been temporarily removed from our site). It's out of our hands sadly, although we realise that is of little help to your situation. If we can ever help again we'd love the opportunity to be better.

Could be better
Aside from the bad weather which couldn’t be helped and also wasn’t forecast. I thought the route was let down by the seriously poor road surfaces on the majority of the ride. There were also far too many main roads and dual carriageway to contend with.

Considering the event was free of charge, there was no obligation for you to take part & the route was published in advance, perhaps next time you should check it out first before deciding to ride...?
