Awesome piece of kit, dead easy to assemble and really looks the part

Brilliant from start to finish

Lovely log stores. Went together easily following the instructions,complete with photos. Very heavy and sturdy.

Helpful delivery service. Pleased with how substantial the log store is.

Item is really good quality and was extremely easy to assemble. Everything fitted perfectly and only took 1.5 hours from start to finish.

Customer service was excellent with very quick response times. Delivery service was excellent and packaging. Canopy now up and very pleased with the quality and great instructions. My only small thing to mention is the poor quality drill bit, it wasn't very well made and had an imperfection, we bought extra and went through about 4 anyway, so not a problem.

We had a problem with the external delivery firm who failed to deliver all the components at once. This was efficiently dealt with by the Rutland customer service team in record time.

Good communication throughout from order to delivery, good quality materials, the company I hired to install said the instructions were easy to follow, there were a couple of things missing but this was rectified straight away. Would highly recommend.

Ordering process was easy. The log store ordered was well made and capacious. Delivery time was faster than I expected. Assembly really a two man job and fairly straightforward. All required screws were included with the parts. A simple assembly instruction would have been appreciated and would expedite the construction. The' kindling shelf' needed to be modified. All in all I am very happy with the finished product.

Ordered a Cottesmore log store with doors. Appears very well build, assembled easily enough (2 people), doors opened and closed without catching or needing adjustment.

Never saw a soul all completed in the day 5 stars

From start to finish was a great experience. Product is outstanding quality. Had 1 item missing. Phoned customer service and was delivered 3 days later. I cannot fault any of the service or the pegola

The product is great but I think the instructions could be a little bit more detailed.

Very efficient in all areas.
I used my card which dictated my old address and I emailed as it was 8pm. I called in the morning to explain and the lady had already sorted the address problem.
I was kept fully up to date with delivery day and time and it arrived spot on time.
5 star service all the way and I'm in Scotland!!
