Zahlungsverzug seit über einem Monat bei absurder Kommunikation. Gesetzliche Fristen werden in Abrede gestellt. PayPal-Fall wurde eröffnet. Händler fordert Schließung des Falles als angebliche Voraussetzung für Erstattung (Schließung ist unwiderruflich, Käuferschutz erlischt). Keine Empfehlung.
Nicht zu empfehlen! Auf einen Widerruf das Rennrad im Wert von mehreren tausend € ordnungsgemäß zurückgeschickt.
Erst wurde mir ein Transportschaden untergejubelt und schlussendlich die Rückzahlung immer weiter hinaus gezögert.
Hierzu wurde mehrfach mit dem Herr Schwiese kommuniziert - eine Ausrede nach der anderen.
Man wurde förmlich unter Druck gesetzt, man solle die negativen Bewertungen löschen, dann bekommt man sein Geld zurück.
Kurz Zusammengefasst: Das ganze ging vor Gericht. Ich habe mein Geld verzinst zurück erhalten und sogar noch Auslagen etc. Da hat der Herr Schwiese ordentlich in die Tasche greifen müssen.
Die Geschäftspraktiken dieses Unternehmens sind fragwürdig!

I payed almost €8000,- for a Giant TCR SL in the size Large but I received a complete different color bike than orderded. S-TECsports owner Henning Schwiese is not willing to come up with a solution.
After i wrote him that I was going to use a laywer, he even dares to threaten me by writing "Believe me, you will not drive the bike in the next 12 month or longer". Even the assembly of the bike was a disaster. I had a lot of problems with the brakes and s-tecsports installed a wrong size Cadex handlebar. The handlebar is so small, it's only suitable for children up to 12 years. How can you assemble a Large frame with such a small handlebar? I have never had such a worse xperience! In my google review i have attached 2 emails from s-tecsports. You won't believe what the owner of s-tecsports (Henning Schwiesse) is writing to me.
Before buying my bike everything was possible. But after i paid the bike and asked for the right colour frame I experienced mr. Schwiese / s-tecsports as very aggresive. This is not what you expect from a german compagny. Read the orther negativ reviews on google and stay away from s-tecsports.
On s-tec sports Instagram page, you only see positive posts, but they're not objective. After I posted my experience on this Instagram page, I was blocked and my post was deleted almost immediately.
I'm not a fan of writing negativ reviews online; but s-tecsports Schermbeck deserve this review. Delevering a wrong color bike and then he even dares to threaten me instead of coming up with a solution for his huge, huge mistake. It's a shame that this man is a Giant dealer!
