Great service from friendly staff
Straightforward transaction until Parcelforce broke the package. I found out from the Shopping app not Royal Mail. I contacted Brains and Anna, Sales & Marketing Executive handled my query quickly, efficiently, and was very friendly and professional. Great service, I got a replacement quickly. Highly recommended.
