Very happy with my safe it does what it's designed to do. It charges my lithium batterys safely and noing they are in a safe being charged makes me feel safe in my own house .

Great service – highly recommended

Really pleased with the service from SAFE. I needed a locksmith to attend to open a safe and they were able to come out the same day, which was really appreciated.

The job was carried out exactly as discussed and everything was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The locksmith was also extremely patient while I sorted payment using a virtual credit card, which took a little longer than expected!

Friendly, helpful and reliable service from start to finish. Would definitely recommend SAFE and would happily use them again.

Very quick delivery. The document box holds A4 and is very substantial. It has a lock but don’t buy it as a safe because I think anyone could break into it easily enough

Gun quality products and quick delivery

Great product and service, order delivered on time.

Cabinet arrived when they said it would and the installation went with out a hitch

Excellent service and very good price. Helpful customer service

It’s good safe and fits perfectly if you know how to install it, looks really strong and hard to penetrate

My item arrived very quickly. It looks very good quality. I am pleased with my purchase.

Arrived when it should and happy with product

Smooth website transaction and someone helpful on the end of the phone for advice when needed

Was very easy to make the order and it was delivered the next morning. Excellent service, would recommend

Fast delivery, been looking for the lock size without luck until I found your website 💕

I had a few issues with the ordering and the items sent etc, however they were very professional and all was sorted out and I was never out of pocket. Customer service is good and the products sold provide almost anything someone should need

The product seems fine but the customer service and delivery was terrible! There was a five day lead time on the cylinders but it took twenty days to arrive! The cylinders were originally addressed back to themselves rather than my address and had to be made again because DPD wasn't contactable. I asked for special delivery the second time to make up for this mistake and this wasn't done. I also had to initially pay for delivery to NI while mainland UK enjoys free delivery. No offer of a refund or any other kind of compensation, that's the least that could be done. I also received no messages by email and no tracking information until I called several times about it

Efficient delivery, swapped out damage part without any issue. Good quality product.

Product as described. Shame it wasn’t delivered on the day agreed

The safe is sturdy. With an excellent locking mechanism.

Most important was failure to correctly quote the size of the item - no allowance was made for the fact that the pin-secure lock and handle stick out and increase the quoted depth of the cupboard, causing real problems getting it into the building Failure to pass on correct information to delivery firm also caused us some problems, overcome on the day.
