Full review
The pricing, delivery and finished look of this flooring was all brilliant but the tongue and groove click of this flooring was poor, also some of the packs were warped slightly, so I was disappointed with those things but once its finished the flooring looks great.

The delivery service was extremely…
The delivery service was extremely poor. 2 packs arrived damaged, the delivery courier was very rude on the phone and left the pallet exactly where I didn't want it to be for safety reasons. They also didn't notify me of the day it was coming so I could not be ready ahead, he just called when he was at the door. For a delivery this size, it is simply very poor and I would like a reimbursement for the 2 damaged packs.

They have taken money off me and won't answer calls or emails to say where my purchase is or even a email to say when product will be delivered. Quick to take money off you with no help of item possibly missing
