If there was an option to give no stars i would of, terrible company i ordered a hairdressing trolley which wasn’t cheap £118 they no longer had it in stock so instead of contacting me to let me know they sent me a replacement a totally different trolley to what i ordered so when it arrived i didn’t want it. I then tried to contact them they were reluctant to give me a refund even though this was not my fault 😡 after calling them they said they would get back to me and never did for ages, I had to chase them up about the issue after I sent the item back. I eventually got my refund but now also have a phone bill as they charge you to call the number no wonder no one is answering the phone they are making money from it, if your thinking about buying from here don’t bother they are an absolute headache!! Such a backwards company
Such a backwards company. In general quite expensive so don’t use regularly but had an offer in that made then reasonable for once. Ordered through my account online.. paid… awaited email to say in store… nothing! Called to find out was in stock at local store, but get this! You have to pay AGAIN! So apparently they then refund the shop pay payment you have to use and then pay by card when you collect! The whole point of paying online is make life easy so you can run in and just grab Your order. So then you pay again and temporarily they hold your money TWICE while you wait for one to be refunded (while they get the interest)! So backwards!!! Definitely another reason for using other suppliers, which is sad as this is very local, but far too much hassle!

We're so sorry to hear you had issues with your store collection order.
Due to stock availaility being different across all our stores - we have to take payment for store collection orders in-store.
It looks like you used 'Shop Pay' to pay for your order which isn't for store collection orders. It does say this at checkout but it's understandable it can be missed. It's the only method of payment that can bypass the card payment blocks we have in place when placing a store collection order as 'Shop Pay' is a third party payment system.
We actually work via manual payments which means a payment is left as 'pending' until your order is fulfilled - so we just cancelled this pending payment instead of capturing it (you didn't pay twice). But again, it's understandable that a pending payment can be inconvenient also.
Unfortunately I'm not sure what you mean when you say 'awaited email to say in store.' You did receive an email saying 'Your order will be available 90 minutes from the time you placed the order.' But if you want to discuss this or anything else further, just give our customser service team a call.
Again, we truly apologise that you didn't have a positive experience with us but we are working with certain limitations when it comes to our store collection orders as mentioned above.

17+ years customer
I have used salon supplies as my main supplier for 17+ years. Never had any problem up until 18months ago. Suddenly i found i was not getting my regular phone call !!!! Never seemed to get the same customer sales person, assuming staffing issues? Had to keep calling and asking what was going on. Bit disappointed that there were obviously issues but as a business they didn`t think to inform users that they were experiencing issues. Always received my order regardless, no problem there.
Reps have been another problem, lack of and them remaining. I currently have Amanda who is brilliant, not pushy but seems to understand what myself and my business needs in the current climate. New sales team are doing well, phone calls incoming regularly and all team members are very helpful. Hopefully this is how things will continue

This website is scam, I order a clipper they send different one, I make 2nd order my money been vanish even I provide them with invoice they blame my bank, now I'm complaining about the transaction as scam fraud so careful this website ain't real they sell fake items
