Fantastic as always from sale to service
Fantastic service all the way from start to finish once again. My youngest wanted to buy himself his first Mercedes-Benz, used, and we were welcomed by Leeroy Whitby, who i aways see there as i have bought my own cars from him, he is the most honest sales executive you could meet and goes above and beyond to help out with any purchase, new or used cars, and is always there to help is you ever need it. I always use a main dealership, yes, might be a tiny bit more expensive, but the backing, warranty etc you get after sale is invaluable. Top team there at Sandown, Mercedes-Benz of Epsom. I have all my cars serviced there as well and yet again, it is slightly more expensive that your back street garage, but with that service you get a full years Mercedes-Benz assist which is a full breakdown service for free, anywhere, anytime and as many times as needed (hopefully not needed) so thats the extra price you pay for, a full years peace of mind if anything were to go wrong, mechanically or accidents etc. I am a private customer and all the views above are from my experiences. Staff are fantastic, but you need to see Leeroy if you want a car :)

Wonderful experience due to Steph
My sales assistant Steph made the process far easier and stress free than so had been expecting - she listened to me when I told her what I wanted and was important to me; she answered my questions as best she could at the time and followed through with checking and confirming the answer when she had checked the system; and she was communicative throughout the process by telephone and email about where we were and what was being done.

I have just purchased a new Mercedes-Benz from Mercedes-Benz of Epsom and could not have been more impressed with the service I received.
Chris Durnford was the Sales Executive who looked after me throughout the purchase and delivery, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and attentive, with absolutely nothing left to chance.
The car was delivered exactly as promised, and Chris then spent a good hour and a half with me, patiently taking me through the car and familiarising me with its many features. At no point did I feel rushed, and his attention to detail made the whole experience extremely enjoyable.
I cannot recommend Mercedes-Benz of Epsom highly enough. Chris is a great ambassador for the dealership and for Mercedes-Benz, and the level of service he provided was first class throughout.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. I bought the cheapest of the cheap cars (for a Mercedes), but was still given the treatment of royalty. Sandown KIA Salisbury - Customer Care at its Best!
If you want a new or used KIA this is the place to go!
Sandown Salisbury now have the dealership and my goodness, what a breath of fresh air they are! Someone actually answers the phone on-site, which rarely happened with the previous holder of the dealership!
Unbelievably amazing Customer Care, attention to detail, all members of staff friendly, polite and courteous.
I met the Sandown Team in July 2026, as they took over the KIA dealership on the 1st July, when I took my Sportage in for a Service. However, I had already received a "looking forward to welcoming you" video via email from Liam Cunningham, so I knew exactly who to look for when I arrived.
I wanted to change my 2023 KIA Sportage front-wheel drive to a 4x4 option but still in a petrol version. I gave Liam a call in September with my criteria and when I got to our meeting, he had had two cars delivered that met these.
There was a major issue with my Sportage that I was unaware of, that the previous holder of the KIA dealership had caused, and which was uncovered by Liam. However, he and his manager Darren came up with a solution that worked brilliantly in my favour and so I bought my fabulous 2025 Sportage 4x4, in glorious green, and drove away with it on the 25th September. It is pretty pokey too pulling away, so I will have to watch that gas foot!
Also, because it is covered by the KIA Used Approved Scheme, the Warranty is reset and so I have seven years of Warranty too!
AND there is a recess in the boot to fit my spare tyre in - no more worries about being stuck on the side of the road with a flat and no spare. Liam has gone a further nine yards in ordering me the bolt that ensures the spare stays in place and I get it fitted this Thursday, 1st October.
Buying a car is a huge purchase for most of us, but if you want to be listened to, looked after, made to feel that your business really matters, and want to build a history with a dealership, then do make an appointment to discuss your needs when looking for a car - and you will not be disappointed by the Team at Sandown Salisbury.
