Prompt service, that we were updated with and great service from the man who came to fix our problem. Very happy.

Had a visit from the engineer, Ethan, who kindly went through the effort of explaining the problem, how the unit operates (after my questioning) and routine care thereafter. Professional and courteous throughout, would highly recommend.

Ethan was knowledgeable, confident, diligent and above all friendly. He rapidly identified and corrected the blockage.

Ethan left the bathroom immaculately returned to normal (even resealing behind the toilet)

Very clear explanation of issues. Prompt and helpful service with clear communication.

Extremely helpful engineer, who identified the problem quickly, explained clearly what the options were, and then carried out the proposed repair which has (at least so far!) been succesful. He also explained how to minimise future problems.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the company's charges are high. But I'd rather pay a high price for good quality work than the reverse.

From the first phone call to the engineer fitting the unit, it was seemless. Fantastic customer service and great engineer.

The engineer, Craig, was excellent. He quickly identified the problem we had and talked me through the options available in a very clear and helpful way. When he had finished he cleaned up and left our bathroom spotless. Excellent job all round.
