Exceptional work from you engineer Ethan, was in the house, dealt with the matter sufficiently and went above and beyond to assist and explain what to do in future. Additionally had numerous people for various companies enter the house and do leave a mess, but Ethan kept every clean and tidy and any mess made was rectified there and then. Great work many thanks

Jordan was absolutely fantastic , as part of the service plan , he came within the hour to fix a block and service the unit , all fixed within 2 hours.. super life saver at a such a busy time of the year … highly recommended

Had Saniflow specialists in today to an electrical fault with my macerator. After phoning yesterday, I was worried that I would be without the use of it all weekend. Thanks to Olivia for sorting it with the engineer Craig to come the next day. He started earlier than normal just to get the job done. He arrived at the time he said would, was polite ,and friendly and gad it working in no time . Great service .

First class service from start to finish. From the first call to Olivia, to the arrival of the extremely polite and very professional engineer, Jordan, our first experience of Saniflo was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact we were so pleased with the whole experience that we even took out a service contract with them. We feel really confident with the work Jordan carried out. We had a saniflo maccerator fitted today. Ethan the guy who fitted it was so helpful, his knowledge and professionalism are second to none.
I Would definately recommend if anyone is thinking of getting a saniflo installed to use this company.

The engineer arrived slightly late - because a previous job had taken longer than expected - but that was more than compensated for by the excellent, friendly service he supplied. The macerator had stopped working suddenly a couple of weeks before; he explained what the problem was likely to be, replaced the faulty parts (diaphragm and capacitor) after giving the unit a thorough clean. He was very efficient, gave me useful advice for future maintenance, and left everything clean and tidy....a perfect job. Thank you.

We had problems with our Saniflo toilet and chose to use this company because of the large number of five star ratings, all of which it turned out were well-deserved. It was certainly the best decision we could have made. Our engineer was called Jordan, a delightful young man, who was clearly very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in detail and in language we could understand. He offered us options regarding treatment without being pushy and the total of 279.00 for call out and service all-in was well worth paying, especially when we saw what was going on. I had expected to pay much more but all was dealt with in 90 minutes and payment was quick and easy. Jordan worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. He arrived within the timeframe offered and left our toilet looking just as it did if not better than before. We were given detailed advice on how to proceed in future, what to use and what to avoid and he was thoroughly polite and respectful throughout. I would have no hesitation recommending him or the company. Thank you so much, Jordan.

Absolutely brilliant service from replying to first phonecall, booking in and coming to repair and exchange to a new Saniflow..Could not fault them..Iv forgotten the gentlemen’s name that came but he was so friendly and informative all the way..will not be using anybody else in the future but these GuYs

Ethan was very helpful. Provided an accurate eta, cleaned and repaired the unit and got it up and running in approx half an hour. He was also very polite! Keep up the good service.

We contacted Saniflo Specialists via the contact form on their website and Olivia called me back within about 20 minutes. She quickly got us booked in for the following day and within minutes I had received email/text confirmation and a two-hour time slot. The next morning, I received a message to say the engineer was 60 minutes away. Jordan was absolutely fantastic. He quickly found the problem and clearly explained it to myself and my husband, taking the time to make sure we understood. He even took a video to show us where the water was leaking from. Jordan was extremely friendly, personable and easy to talk to. I was very comfortable having him in our home. He was able to fix the problem using a part from his van and gave us some suggestions as to how we could dry out the area under the floorboards that was wet because of the leak. After Jordan left we very quickly received an invoice. I wouldn’t hesistate to use Saniflo specialists and Jordan again in the future.

My Engineer Jordan was brilliant found the electrical fault very quickly. A most pleasant young man who chatted to me it was so good as I am 83 housebound and disabled. He really made my day Jordan is a credit to your company I was so glad to have such a wonderful engineer.

Terrible service and misleading guarantee . Sanilflo failed very soon after install . When I rang up told I had to pay call fee out and for any parts. Asked what the guarantee would cover if not parts or labour, even though told we had a guarantee at point of sale . They don’t pick up the phone and instead text you saying they are on the phone to someone else . Very defensive saying it can’t be them even before it was assessed. Now having to get an independent plumber to look at it and claim through insurance . Avoid at all costs
