A very disappointing experience, especially due to the way we were treated by the person in charge. We rented a car for 3 days, and on the second day, the car broke down. We were not offered a replacement car, although they did come to pick us up.

On top of that, we were charged the excess before they even knew what was wrong with the car.

Overall, very poor management and a very disappointing experience.

Thanks very much. A hassle free service and a great little car. This allowed us to see all of the magical sights of Santorini. Great rates too ! I would use this company again without question. Communication and organisation was smooth. Many thanks !

BE CAREFUL!!! A bad experience with this company I do not recommend. We rented a car months before our trip. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the flight information. They reached to me 3 hours before the meeting hour I scheduled, after which I immediately said sorry and rescheduled for the next day, at the same time. We didn't get any money refound, since it was our fault. Everything seemed fine. BUT...
When we arrived at the airport, at 1AM (scheduled time) we we're received by a non identified car, very old and dirty. The man driving told us to get in and took us to a dark alley. He asked for our credit card and driver's license. I asked where was the car and that was it. An old car, which for 2 times didn't started the engine, beeped the whole time, had several red and yellow lights on in the computer board, old and dirty!!! Nothing like what we reserved!!!
The driver put me on the phone with the head of the company, which was extremely rude, throwing to our faces that we had another problem again, that we were being very picky, that that's the car we ordered etc. etc.
The reservation email explicit said they had a wide new range of cars, which the head of the company totally discredited.
We had to cancel everything at 1AM.
Thankfully they returned the money we've had already paid.
We quickly got another trustful and good company, that we truly recommend, with new cars (Motorclub Santorini - we've had a great experience with them!)

it was a very good experience with holiday cars. everything is perfect!

We were absolutely not satisfied with the car rental. Firstly, when we received the car, we were told that we had to take out insurance at a price of 160 Euro. This despite being told that we had taken out insurance from home. When asked why this was not in some of the emails received, the answer was that it was on the website. After returning home, we can see that the mentioned insurance was voluntary and that insurance was included in the amount that we had been informed by email. We really feel cheated !!!! You advertise with new cars. The Cooper we were given was nowhere near new - it had driven over 80,000 km. and was full of injuries. Later on our holiday we discovered that your employee who delivered the car had written the card number, expiry date and security code of our credit card on the rental contract. This resulted in us having to block the credit card which caused us major problems on our holiday. Your employee had no reason to write this information at all, as the rent was paid via machine, where the pin code was entered. This also applied to the reserved 1000 Euro. So all in all a really bad experience. We have rented a car many times and have never experienced anything like this.
