Speedy repair and delivery. Price was as quoted. Highly recommend!

I found the service to be first class with the boss pointing out some issues with my sat nav a Garmin 660 that while not yet a problem would become problems later on.all together the charging connection was changed the complete back assembly replaced and the onoff switch replaced
Following the repairs the boss pointed out a few areas when up loading new maps. Very helpful and well beyond just a repair they are shortly moving to Peterborough where the business will carry on I wish them the very best in their New establishment

I bought a new battery for my TomTom Go 6000 and didn't quite get everything reassembled properly despite helpful telephone support (my fault) from Ovi. We then agreed to send the unit to Satnav Repair Services who checked it over and found a connection that wasn't right and fixed that. HE ONLY CHARGED ME RETURN POSTAGE!
I have not yet received the unit back again but I believe that it is now working properly.
HOW'S THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I sent my Tom Tom for a screen replacement on Tuesday and got it back fully repaired with a brand new screen on Thursday morning the same week.The service and price I received was absolutely fantastic and would 100% recommend 👍

Good communication with them and Satnav i send was completed quickly.
Only issue was, i sent the active holder for repairs which came back not working. Satnav repairs work great. Overall happy and would recommend them

Extremely satisfied with my Garmin Edge Explore 1000 screen repair. Trusted and cost effective service repair - Good communication throughout booking, efficient, polite and knowledgeable staff (ask for Ovi). Screen was replaced within 10 minutes with a tempered glass. Highly recommended thank you very much.

Had an Asus T201HA transformer/tablet USB charging port not working or charging. It looked like the USB charge port was broken from the MOBO. It needed to be re-soldered/rewired lines. Work required a replacement touchscreen. The touchscreen took a bit longer to arrive, one week (supplier issues), However I'm grateful the tablet is now fully operational with a new replaced touch screen and charging USB charge port securely fixed and working. Also I was kindly supplied with a longer USB charging lead, I am most grateful. When contacted to collect the tablet, I took along my shaver/ hair groomer (Wahl) unable to charge, again issues with charging port it was fixed on spot same day, within 20 minutes, I was told I was lucky as last replacement plastic charge port /charging pin was available in shop. All in all a great job, all items fixed and operational and no major items sent to landfill.Thank you.

Sadly I dropped my Sat Nav and the screen was finished. I tried all sorts of local companies but for reasons various nobody could help. My Snooper Sat Nav had been brilliant and with the motor home facility it has proven itself to be priceless. A friend suggested that I looked on line, and it was there that I found these guys. I made the phone call and followed the instruction which were given. Three days later my repaired unit was Home. The service is absolutely brilliant. Cannot fault the repair, and at a very affordable price too, and after asking I'm told they can and will repair any hand held device such as Tablets and Phones. Very pleased and knowing they are there should I have a further mishap I will have no second thoughts in getting in touch. Easy and affordable with first class service with a quick turn around. Many thanks guys, you made my day.

We drove a very long way to have our sat nav looked at by appointment on a Saturday. The work was timely and repairs very good. Information given was helpful and a good deal offered on my defunct unit. Very knowledgeable repairer. We would definitely use again
