This item arrived well packed. It is working OK at the moment. Not very happy with the keypad
- found to b very soft & may give problem later on after use. This item arrived one day late

I wasn't quite sure when they were going to deliver - but otherwise a very good service

This is the second, and I might add the last, time I have been badly treated by Saverstore. The first time, some while ago, I purchased a camera pen that didn't work, and after I emailed you about it you said you were waiting for updated software from the manufacturer and it would be sent to me on arrival. I never heard another word about it. This time, against my better judgement, I emailed (twice or was it three times), about whether or not the TomTom I was interested in actually had the world maps installed. Again I was ignored, but bought the TomTom in case they sold out. The maps were NOT installed and I was obliged to buy a microSD card and download them myself! I doubt very much that Saverstore is interested in my views, and I doubt very much that I will buy from them again. I think that just about covers it!

The item i ordered hadnt come in the specified time, i emailed them 2 days after it was due and they had said it will be with me by Friday (it was now monday) which i couldnt do because i needed the product asap. i cancelled my order and ordered from somewhere else, the cancellation hadnt gone through until the FOLLOWING TUESDAY thats right, it took them 8 days to cancel my order long enough for me to of waited for the product. absolutely terrible

Bought these Zoostorm tablets as a present. they are very easy to set up and come partially charged.
The pre - installed apps are useful and the mobile version of Microsoft Office is worth the purchase price on its own.
The graphics are surprisingly good at this price range and the sound quality through headphones is detailed if lacking a little in the bass department.
The whole package is a considerable upgrade on my Archos Titanium and costs a lot less. Windows 10 works well and makes transferring files a breeze (providing you have a windows p.c.).
The only negative point is the heat produced by the tablet when in use. This is what I would describe as excessive, though it may be useful in winter. For this reason I would not advise anyone with a small child to purchase this product and to keep it away from polished wood surfaces.
I suspect that zoostorm may have overclocked this unit or the heatsink is not functioning as intended. I have not as yet encountered any operational problems due to this anomaly so it may be that it is intended to run hot.
In summery: An excellent tablet for the price, only slightly let down by heat emissions.
I would rate this product at 9/10

Savastore were currently the cheapest supplier of this particular model of ink cartridge. I could not fault the service or delivery time, but taken off one star for not giving the option of free economy delivery. I would be happy to wait two weeks for a delivery if a free option was made available.

Delivered within the timescale as stated on the website. The item was well packaged with labeling. As this was a refurbished item I was apprehensive as to what I would receive. but I need not have worried as the item is like new apart from a few scratches on the case everything works as a piece of equipment should.

Two recent orders were delivered the next day, one wasn't ordered until 5pm! Excellent service 5*

Purchased a garmin vivofit. Webpage made no mention of it being refurbished, just had "NOH" next to it. I googled NOH and found nothing relevent so puchased it.
When it arrived it was marked "Refubished"!
Took ages to pair it with the app, kept failing to pair then eventually I got it connected. However it still would not sync properly!
When I went to return it the only way to contact them is through the webpage. Then the only option for returning the item is to request a replacement. (This is contrary to Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Rights Act). The only option to get a refund is to tick the box stating the item was DOA!
Returned it but they would not cover postage!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND STRONGLY ADVISE OTHERS TO AVOID AS WELL!

Have dealt with this company since they were called Watford Electronics. Enough said.
