Superb!
I found this shop a couple of years ago and just realized I haven't bought shoes elsewhere since then, so I figured I'd go write a review and share my experience.
They offer amazing and varied selection of products of generally high quality brands like Lloyd, Santoni, Magnanni and so on. There's no discount products which I really like - a 40€ pair of shoes is usually more expensive than a 150€ pair which can last a decade. Prices are great and shipping costs very cheap (I pay only 5€ to Denmark).
Their website is easy to navigate and things are sorted in useful categories with equally useful filters available, so I can always find what I'm looking for.
All my orders were quickly dispatched and I've had no problems whatsoever.
I've once had to return a pair of boots as the size didn't fit me. The return process was very smooth, speedy and professional. A clear and concise return sheet was included with the shipment, very convenient. They didn't have the size I needed in stock so I was refunded in a few days.
I'll continue to get my footwear here until I need a pair of Meindl which seems to be the only brand I'm missing in their selection - but that's my only "complaint".
