I have used Scott Findlay for several years now, and each and every time they have provided an excellent service. This particular occasion was no exception. Albert, their technician, arrived promptly, and after a few friendly exchanges got down to the task in hand - a boiler inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional, and was mindful of my property. Also, the reception staff have a very pleasant and accommodating manner, making any booking easy and stress-free. Even their payment system is user friendly, with an interactive portion within their invoice! I can unreservedly recommend Scott Findlay on every level of professionalism!

Plumber turned up on time and quickly identified the issue. He explained it to me in layman's terms and left to source a required part. He returned with said part, fitted it quickly, and checked the results. This was all done in less than an hour and at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the work done.

I would recommend this company to anyone, a very well organised and experienced company, my plumbing job was taken care of quickly by a friendly knowledgeable plumber, he turned up on time and left everything clean and tidy.

Excellent service as ever. Boiler needed a new part which was replaced as part of the service with no additional labour.

Fitted me in at short notice. Traced leaks and repaired them in addition to annual boiler service.

I was very pleased with the work of the 2 Scott Findlay plumbers who fitted safety compliant flue sections in the roofspace of my daughter's third floor tenement flat as some work on the roof was also required and this deterred a number of plumbing companies that I had contacted. They also repaired the toilet pan and replaced a radiator thermostat valve. Both Jack and Gerard were diligent but also friendly and helpful with advice on other aspects of the flat's plumbing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
