First of all, hats-off to SCP for selling Niwaki. Higurashi GR secateurs are a thing of beauty - the refined action delivers a precise, clean cutting feel similar to my defunct CK G5631, but in a mor... Ver más

Brilliant shop
Brilliant shop. Many original and own brand designs not found in other leading stores. Well worth a visit to actual shop in Shoreditch. Recently had a corb chair and a woodgate sofa re-upholstered by the scp workshop factory (coakley and cox) in Norfolk. Absolute lovely job on both. Very recommended.

Very good price and fast dispatch
Very good price and fast dispatch. I would highly recommend SCP. What I would not recommend is their use of Royal Mail, who failed to deliver for four days beyond the scheduled delivery date, lying that my property was inaccessible, that I was out, and that they had delivered it. This is not a one off. Given the choice I buy from companies who use a different delivery service.

Won't recommend - Issues with delivery
Very expensive item delivered on the same product box. The product box was broken in different places when delivered and the delivery information documents were missing.
I won't recommend using SCP as they don't seem to care if the item is damaged during delivery.
First and last time I use SCP unfortunately.

Fantastic service. One item was faulty. SCP posted replacement the same day of my email, and collected the faulty item 2 days later. No quibbling, just excellent service.

LOVE SCP!
I have made so many purchases from SCP because they have the best range, and the best taste! I love everything I have bought from them - their customer service is great and they always ship in stock items very fast. Thank you and keep up the great work! (And please never close your physical store in Shoreditch!) Being able to see items in person makes a tonne of difference when investing in quality pieces.
