Good initial setup as we walked in spacious not cluttered. Nice welcome asked if they could help not pushy nor hovered but on hand if needed. Explained the cloths and colours available along with how you can mix and match across ranges. Very helpful when we got to detail choices, always providing price and savings as we progressed. sales person Andrew Jones. Had to ask about feet changes. Else excellent.

The delivery drivers were well informed and helpful. Called in time to advise on ETA

Great delivery service would have been spot on time but a poor phone reception prevented the team finding our property straight away.
However, when they arrived the sofa was quickly unpacked, assembled and put in position.
Couldn't fault the delivery and would highly recommend them for their efficiency and friendly service.

The 2 men who delivered my replacement furniture were amazing, they had to remove and pack a BIG. Corner unit then unpack and fit the new one, they were helpful, courteous, polite I can’t say enough about them.
I’m sure they have a short timeframe for each job BUT they didn’t rush me they checked it was put in the sequence I wanted it… well done boys 5 *’s from me

The Service in store by Andrew was second to none.Personable friendly and not pushy .
Delivery was faster than expected and the delivery team called in advance to advise on time . They were friendly extremely helpful and polite ,even though it was a difficult delivery.
They took all packaging away and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving.

The crew were brilliant. They were running late due to appalling weather (heavy driving rain).
It was only about a 20 meter distance from the lorry to my premises, but the furniture had to be de-boxed outside and parts of it were soaked.
Not the crew's fault, but should not it be packed in plastic? After all, it is winter in the UK and rain is always likely. I was offered the opportunity to reject the delivery, but didn't.

Both delivery men were very polite , helpful, taking care with furniture - very professionally executed.

Fantastic service from start to finish from the purchase of our new sifa to the delivery drivers who dropped our sofa off. SCS great service. Purchased the sofa few weeks ago arrived earlier than expected which was great also so really pleased.

To great boys bolt & catalin delivered my settees today on time. All packing rolled up & taken back with them it was raining at the time but that didn't stop them well done lads 👍👍👍

Some mix up as I had 3 texts this week to say it was arriving and then it wasn’t and I just had a call to ask was I ready for it! Thankfully yes I was in. But great service, delivered without fuss and all packed well and packaging removed.
