Just some feedback, went into the imperial store to have a browse with my family. We were greeted by a rep as soon as walked in which was fine however she then followed us around the store. She interupted our conversations we personally had about sofas. And when we went up in the lift with pram, she walked up stairs to just watch us and follow us around the next floor. Felt very uncomfortable and in the end we left the store as it was too much.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff in store. Delivered several weeks earlier than expected. Good communication re delivery. Delivery men very good and friendly.

Absolutely fabulous delivery drivers, they went above and beyond to help get the sofa into the living room. It was much bigger than we thought and definitely not an easy job to get it in. Well done to both of 👏🏻x
I think it came from the Bristol depot but not 100% sure

Was emailed early to give Time slot for delivery. Then lots of up dates about delivery time. Then a phone call to tell us they would be there in 20 minutes. They arrived on time. When they could not get the lorry down to our house because of work being done at another house, they used a trolly to deliver the goods. They were very quick and knew exactly what to do. Very pleased with our delivery.

The whole experience has been excellent. From buying the sofa- calling up to get a better deal- to it being delivered. It was carefully brought in to the house and unwrapped in 10minutes, and the delivery guys were lovely 😊 very happy.

Ordering the sofa was very easy in store and everything was explained and there was no pressure to buy on the day. I gave my contact details and my husbands. The only diwn side was the communication after leaving the store. I would receive a message and then my husband would receive a different one. There was no consistency to who was getting what.
On the delivery day the drivers rang to say they would be here within the hour, they were prompt and polite leaving no mess, just 2 lovely new sofas. Would recommend to everyone.

Delivery came very early, the delivery men were very kind and patient, our flat is very small and tricky small entrance space wc appears to be a potential risk of not being able to come in , but they were able to diligently bring it in with patient . All set up and looking fantastically beautiful .

We had are sofa and two chairs delivered today and I can’t praise the two delivery man more excellent service from Aaron and Shaun put are sofa exactly where we wanted it and the chairs 5*

A great shopping experience. The staff were really good from the minute we walked through the door. On hand but not overbearing. The manager was extremely knowledgeable, also witty and helped us find exactly what we were looking for, even got us a coffee, fabulous service!!

Sam at Bristol Imperial store was extremely helpful in finding the sofa that best fitted the space we wanted it for.

The two delivery men from Red Lion were absolutely excellent. They contacted me prior to delivery, were polite and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Ordered August 2025 told by store should be 8 to 12 weeks approximately delivery after 12 weeks visited store and was told delivery date 21 November also said that on paperwork we paid balance and disposed of old sofas we were told e mail or text would be sent on day of delivery we waited and heard nothing on day so later that day phoned store to be told it wasn’t happening as sofas not in depot so after various calls to store they sad we should have had message but we received nothing in fact if we had not contacted the store we would have been in the dark and we had nothing to sit on
We had to wait until the Monday to find out when the sofas were coming into the depot as the store couldn’t get that info so on the Monday we were told they were arriving at depot on 8 th and delivery would be 13 th December we said we had nothing to sit on and we’re not happy so store got back to us to say closest date was 12 dec today
The delivery guys sent text and turned up at correct time they were efficient pleasant and cleaned up afterwards I couldn’t find any faught with them
But as for the rest of ScS they were so incompetent and needless to say after having to chase up and being left with nothing to sit on of 2 weeks
We will never use them again
Very disappointed

Terrible aftercare service, took out accidental damage cover and was assured that whatever happens to the sofa we were covered, it actually has worn really badly and it is a fault with the material, examined by assessor and told it was accidental damage to which we did not agree p, then took it to the ombudsman and they didn’t even bother to come and look, totally unacceptable, awful company would never recommend, we paid over £2000 for the sofa and we are totally dissatisfied with the service and the company !!!
