Well done Poltronesofa.
The order process was excellent. Customer service at the Darlington Store was great, well informed & friendly.
I love my 2 seater recliner in a beautiful teal mixture material (anything but grey!!!!). Delivery was excellent too with plenty of notifications.
I understand the long wait - ordered in late January & delivered early May - as it was made to order in Italy.

the guy in the shop listened and was helppful and patient as i chose my purchase. The guys on the phone were helpful and efficient as i changed the delivery date. the guys delivering were polite and friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you.
