I marked SCS as a four. I would’ve marked it as a two but the delivery drivers were extremely helpful and that’s why I’ve given scs a four. I must say the reason why I would’ve given it only two stars the call centre is a nightmare to deal with

Staff member was super helpful and very understanding with our history and reservations about apply for the finance and the lady didn't judge but sat and helped us through it and it made the whole process comfortable and rewarding.

Two fantastic lads that delivered my sofa bed today, Michael and Steven.
They were very polite, tidy and quick and nothing was to much for them.
Hope I get the same two to deliver my next order. 10/10

Sofa quality is absolutely awful, we paid a lot of money for the sofa to look like it’s years and years old, the material is sagging as seems to me it hasn’t been pulled and stretched enough,getting absolutely no where with customer services!

Was informed of date of delivery and recieved a phone call an hour before on the day..The two gentlemen bringing the sofa were polite and respectful..cannot fault the servise at all

from the time in the shop with the manager, Richard ( i think ) to the 2 delivery guys everything was perfect. went like clockwork. would highly recommend using SCS & very pleased with our new sofas

Great sale and delivery

Sofa came on the day they said it would, I was kept updated about delivery, the 2 young men brought my sofa in and uncovered it and put it together for me, they also put my old chair outside for me.

I bought a brand new reclining sofa from SCS cost a fortune.
It took months to be made and delivered then within 1 week the seats were starting to sag down.
I tried to contact the aftercare dept and after 4 calls 2 emails I got a call from them.
They sent someone to look at the sofa by this time I was sitting with my knees around my ears and the repair man said its all normal.
I have just got SCS again on the phone and they insist it's ok no problems. So after 3 weeks I am looking to buy another new sofa but not from SCS. It's a terrible company absolutely rubbish furniture and after service does exist. Stay well clear. It cost my nearly 2 Grand to find that out😡

We have waited for our £2,500 Frigento sofa since new year and were so excited to receive it. It arrived 24.02.2025 and we had no issues with the delivery and the delivery drivers installed the head rests which are mechanical. However, after they left and we were admiring the sofa, we realised that two of the three head rests are faulty and do not click into place at all. Also, one of the head rests is noticeably more forward than the other two. We waited 2 hours on 24.02.2025 to customer service phone number and then requested a call back as could not get through. We emailed three different email addresses also. We received a call at 1pm-ish on 25.02.2025 to advise that a 3rd party had to come out and fix it and could take 5 working days to even receive an email from them to look at a date!!!!! This is a brand new sofa which was delivered faulty and has ruined our experience and crushed our excitement. Waiting that long is ridiculous when SCS have delivered the sofa faulty. This should be an urgent matter and we are so let down that we have spent this money and not received what we ordered. I would like to know how to make a complaint and also what I can expect as an outcome from the complaint. We are so disappointed and it is making us consider to not recommend SCS as we have been doing before the sofa arrived. SCS should not be delivering faulty sofas and then telling customers they have to wait 5 working days to receive an email to book a date for someone to come and look at it - god knows how long we will have to wait for a date either if they are busy. And in the meantime, we will have to start paying the finance even though we haven't received a sofa that isn't faulty. We are so upset by this experience. It is our first big purchase together as a couple.

Excellent service from the delivery team - I was able to to track the drivers and although the end time changed a couple of times I received a call when they were 15 minutes away. Courteous and polite drivers and an excellent service all round. the furniture was assembled in situ and I was asked where it should be placed

Really happy with the help we received..brilliant happy with our choice. Sales assistant helped with colour..fabric..size. didn't have to go anywhere else saved weeks of going from store to store..many thanks..But you won't get it on delivery date they won't answer phone or emails so you my not get your deposit back..don't go there...

We recently visited SCS at Cortonwood just to look around. Sean was so patient and so helpful explaining everything and making time for us. We went away and measured up returning the following week. We asked for Sean as he was amazing through the whole process or ordering and exposing everything. Cannot recommend Sean at SCS enough. A credit to the store.
