Made to feel welcome but not under pressure from Debbie, pointed us in right direction in the shop for what we wanted , Debbie looked after us with plenty of options and no pressure , ended up coming away very satisfied

Appalling quality of sofa/suite - received 3 days ago sat on it for 2 evenings and it looks like a 10 year old suite - baggy, sinking on one side. Labels still intact as I would like to return it.

The sales assistant was warm and genuine. Not at all pushy, but very helpful.

What was not to like, the greeting from all the staff as we arrived was very welcoming, a big smile and the offer of any assistance we needed, if we required it, no pushy sale banter, which was very welcome.
When we did need advice on a sofa, Sue the sale assistant was brilliant in every aspect of the sofa we was interested in, she helped put our minds at rest with the questions we had.
All in all a very pleasant experience.

From start to finish we were very happy with the service, the people in the store and the delivery lads were first class and I would definitely recommend this company. I have had a suite from this company before and my daughter still has it .

From entering the store ,there was a warm welcome from a lady called Debbie ,who explained how things worked in store. Upon choosing the perfect sofa we were shown how it would look with different colours I had in mind . There were different styles of sofas .

High quality sofa at a budget price. No fuss delivery, friendly team both in store and with the delivery service. I went out with a friend to buy a sofa for them but was so impressed with the quality and price I bought one for myself :) impulse buy because i couldn’t resist. Best impulse buy ever.
