Shop set out well
Shop set out well, clean and bright. Grant was really helpful and friendly but not pushy. Our last sofa came from SCS around 13years ago and we were pleased with purchase then, hopefully we’ll feel the with this new sofa.

Friendly & helpful staff with no pressure
Great service by Bailey & great appreciation from his manager (though not sure of his name) just a general nice welcome & we did only go into the store to have a look

We went to sca store in Ipswich and the team was really friendly and helpful in particular Matt. He gave us time, no pressure and plenty of help. Was lovely to place an order on carpets and a sofa to then have some thank you sincerely and shake your hand, old school selling. Thank you again!

How to get exactly what you are looking for.
Having put purchased from scs before, we were hoping that we could find a new sofa and chair easily. We decided to go into the shop rather than do it online but were hesitant as we didn't want to be hassled by a salesman. We couldn't have been more wrong. We were greeted by Mathew and he made a point of assuring us that he would not hassle us and pointed out the best part of the showroom to look. He didn't hassle us one bit and was available to advise and answer the questions we had. He was honest and very knowledgeable and had a very positive attitude. This made the choices easier, and indeed there were many. Altogether a very positive experience and we ordered exactly what we wanted. Thanks scs, for having all the choices, to give us exactly what we wanted. Thanks Mathew for all your help and advice.

Relaxed, unhurried and professional service all round.
We looked all over for two new sofas. SCS at Ipswich gave us by far the best customer experience. Matthew on sales there was very helpful with just the right mix of attention and product knowledge without being pushy. As a result, we ended up buying two very nice sofas on our second visit. We were also delighted with the delivery service and set-up. All of the wrappings were cleared up and taken away.

Simon the manager and his team were so friendly and…
Simon and his team were so friendly and helpful without being over eager to sell anything.
I felt relaxed looking round and when I had questions they were readily answered.
The whole experience was very enjoyable! I returned to buy the sofa, after having a long discussion with Simon on all the pros & cons, he even took extra measurements to help me decide if it wd fit my lounge space.
He was so genuine and remembered me from my past visit.
I also took advantage of their 20% off carpets when i was purchasing the sofa!
Harry helped me with the carpets and he was very patient when I asked lots of questions and wanted to take samples from the bottom of the pile lol...
I also got a very good price,quality sofa, better than I had seen elsewhere, for less money! Very pleased with the whole experience and I will review again, once I have had the delivery of sofa and carpets.
Im hoping it is as equally as stress free!
