Walked in on the off chance looking at the sofas and was greeted by a very friendly woman ( apologise for not rembering her name) was not pressured in to buying anything sat on many sofas and chairs and came back to the one we purchased

I had an incredibly positive experience with the sofa delivery. The gentlemen were courteous, and everything went smoothly. Although there is an issue with the headrest not working, the delivery team promptly reported it, and I'm hopeful to see a technician soon.

Friendly and very helpful staff in the store who took their time to show me the sofa and chair I was interested in with no pressure put to purchase . The guaranteed delivery in 3 weeks and the furniture was ready to the day. I was kept informed at each stage of the process by text and email.
